DISC Facilitator Training Kit (Business Edition): Everything You Need to Lead a DISC Training Workshop

The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I expected the "kit" to be everything I needed for training. What is not mentioned is that because you don't have the coordinating workbook(s) you are missing the information your students will have available. I think the "kit" should also contain the workbook (I wouldn't not have minded paying a higher price to get both books - then I would consider it a kit). Once I realized I needed the workbook - I had to order it separately and wait for it to arrive before I really felt I could study the trainer's book.I really do like the way everything is explained and the ADDITIONAL RESOURCES you gain once you purchase the book - lots of great information and tips on how to run classes, sample agendas with time schedules, etc.

Not what I would expect from a "kit". Very disappointed to find that the "kit" only has basic information that could more easily be found elsewhere. Access to additional resources minimal and incredibly difficult to find. Maybe I was looking in the wrong places, but everything I clicked led to adverts to purchase more things. Considering how expensive this "kit" is I really was hoping to find a lot more practical downloads more readily available. Can't express how disappointed I am, especially considering the price I paid for this.

I used this product back in July and was a bit intimidated when I first started to review the material. Once I setteled in to reading it page for page, I was extermely excited on what I was able to get from the material. Jason has made this easy to facillate and fun for the class as well. As a result of the material, I am planning at 3 more training session for the same facility, and another one coming up in Boston. I had many moments of amazement during this class, and I look forward to many more. Jason was available to assist me when ever I need his help. He is an awesome person and stands behind his product; and so do I.If you're never been assesed by DISC, do it. You to will be amazed.

The facilitator manual and workbooks have helped our team to really dig into DISC and understand it beyond a surface level. Several have commented on how they have enjoyed the understanding that these exercises and discussions bring. I highly recommend this product, along with the online assessment test!

This Facilitator Training Kit makes it extremely easy to present the DISC profile assessments to a group of any size. Good notes. You get both Power Point and Keynote slide shows so you are not limited to choosing just one platform if you happen to use both a Mac and a PC.

This was not what I expected for the high price tag. I was so disappointed. I could have learned what was in this kit by reading a cheap book. I'm now looking for another resource.

I have been using this remarkable guide for the past year in multiple learning venues. It is the best guide available for those that desire to teach effective communication and knowing oneself. Thank you Jason for sharing this excellent facilitation manual!
