I ordered both a set of Weather Tech's and Max Liner's for my 2016 Ford Explorer and here's my findings:SIMILARITIES:-I measured both liners and they were similar in thickness. The thickness varied depending on front liners vs middle row and where on the liner I measured.-Similar non slip surface and patterns.-Similar fit and coverage as you can see in the photo'sPROs:-One major difference was the Max Liner's had a rolled edge lip around the liner that helped created more stiffness. I found this rolled edge kept the liner from pulling away on the edges. This was the deciding factor of me choosing the Max Liner over the Weather Tech.-The weathertech's popped into the floor studs a little easier then the Max Liners. I ended up putting a little lubricant on the maxliner so it would pop on and off a bit easier as they were really tight.CONs:-The weather tech's had a sharp rough cut edge around them. After a few days of use the edge would tend to lift and create a gap around the floor liner.-The MaxLiners middle row came to of the box very indented and did not hold it's shape very well. I thought this would have been a real problem but upon installing the maxliner middle row the liner molded into shape and fit great. Still a con in my opinion however. The Weather tech came out of the box in perfect molded shape.-PRICE.. The Weather Tech's cost a significant more amount of money and I found no benefit to paying more for them.Summary:I ended up keeping the Max Liner's and for two simple reasons. The rolled edge made the liner stiffer and held it's edge tighter to the carpet and the price was worth the savings.

Perfect fit, easy to remove and clean.

Drivers floor pan does not fit as well as it should the other Maps fit perfect

Flexible Material but most definately strong & solid. Easy to place & fit immediately. Have purchased WeatherTech in the past and always been happy with how they hold up.You do get what you pay for and have had bad experiences with knock off brands.WeatherTech mats are easy to clean....most I have ever done is wash them off at the local self service car wash with power sprayer.Highly recommend.

Driver side doesn’t fit not even close

These liners are not as nice as my previous car when they came from dealer. Do not fit from front of front seat to dash area. Too much space at the base of the seat. Dissatisfied

These fit perfectly and are excellent quality. While we did somehow manage to get one piece that was not the right fit for our vehicle it was remedied almost immediately. We were able to return that one piece and receive a replacement within three days of our original delivery.
