Good Cook Precision Long-Ring Timer

My husband is new to cooking and really needed to use a timer. This one is so perfect for his new Blackstone griddle, as it's magnetic and matches the buttons on the front of the grill. Easy to use too.

My family has issues with what I will call "time awareness". We needed several timers around the house to keep track with of time for things like music practice, computer time, getting dressed, etc. These timers are perfect. The first time I used one, I checked the time against my computer clock and it was correct. I like the little window as it helps the kids check that they have set it for the correct time. The red color is attractive and helps us find them when they get set down on the couch or lost in the paperwork on the desk. They do tick for a little while after the timer goes off but that stops on its own. The magnet function works well on the refrigerator and white boards. Basically it will work anywhere a kitchen magnet will work. The cost is amazing for this device and it was shipped promptly.

Just like the name of the product says, this timer times and rings. I noticed a reviewer's comment says this doesn't work for 5 minutes and under. The directions say wind the timer to 55 minutes and then go back to the time that you want. 5 minutes and under works for me.My fiance doesn't like this timer because it ticks and rings so loudly but I think that's the point. I suggest if you can't handle the ticking, which is minimal, put the timer in the room next door. You'll still be able to hear the timer.Even though he explicitly said he wasn't going to use it because of the noise, he over steeped his coffee in the french press and exclaimed that he should've used it.The magnet sticks to my refrigerator well.I like it! Keeps things hassle-free and convenient. I don't have to check the clock to see how many minutes passed or set the timer on my phone.

Alarm Clock......just about!!! When timer arrived I set it for 10 minutes,a "ting" sounded 2 or 3 times before the 10 minutes ended,when it reached 0 it "tinged" once again.I thought about this for a moment then turned the dial to 60 minutes then back to 10 minutes.I went to the living room to see if I could hear it when it sounded.I sat on the couch and started to fall asleep.Well, I was Surprized at this timers volume,just like an alarm clock, for about 3 seconds.The price and the timer itself qualifies for a perfect 5-Star! NOTE: Do not forget to bring the timer to 60 minutes before bringing it back to a lower time,such as 5,10,20,30 minutes or whatever time is needed.Also,You will be Surprised at its volume also!!!

alarm is very short this is second notice. dont buy this cannot hear if you are in another room.

An analog timer last for years!

I bought this timer to help motivate my toddler to complete certain tasks around the house and to time his "time outs".Put simply this timer DOES NOT WORK.I followed the instructions of winding it up first to 55 min before coming back down to the desired time. It would tick briefly (maybe 10 seconds tops) before fading away and the progressing no further on counting down. Since I was using this as a "time out" tool I thought maybe the 2 minute setting was too short for the timer spring and wanted to test out longer times before reviewing. Tested it at 15 minute setting and got the same results.Tested at 40 min and it wound down to 20 minutes before quitting. No more testing necessary...

Works great. Had it for a long time with No issues. Its loud and ready to use. Magnet is strong. Stays on the side of my fridge. Hasn't fallen off yet. I have to pull it off to set it. Them quickly put it back on the fridge. You can hear the ticking as it works.Basically it's a good manual accurate timer that lasts and is easy to use.
