Overall quality, fitment, and materials not there on this one...
The fender trim is okay, but not great. It doesn't fit uniformly to the fender and seems to be sized incorrectly for a 2016 Fatboy. Also, the adhesive tape that is meant to secure the fender trim to the fender is worthless; the tape started to pull away and separate almost immediately. I am looking for other options to secure it to the bike, so I don't have to throw it away.

This is only made for 240 fat tire fat fender, not a 2002 FLST

Note the model years
The product itself was fine. Just does not fit Harley FatBoys 1990-2006. Harley Davidson did not come out with the wide tire (wide Fender) until 2007. This product would fit the wider tire models. Trying to return it was very difficult, had to submit multiple pictures to prove it did not fit a 2002. In the end settled for half my money back.
