Now I originally bought this as a gift but I just had to try it out myself first. Don’t worry it was for my mom so she didn’t mind. This makes the perfect curls, I did have to try a couple of times to get the hang of it but i really like it more as a curler than a straightener. My opinion of course but my mother loves it as both!! She doesn’t have to heat up one then heat up the other straightener it’s really 2 in 1!!

Love this hair tool!! I wish I would have found this before I bought a straightener!! I have short hair and it works great! The automatic turning feature would work on longer hair better than short, however still super easy to use on short!! On the hottest setting, I only have to use it for a few seconds and get great waves!! Totally recommend!

The heat wouldn't hold my hair in a curl, very hard to operate and my hair kept getting caught in the handle and yanking my hair out. I'm very disappointed because this was a lot of money. Never again.

It's a great product! Especially if you have issues with motion or pain in your wrists.The temperature of the iron is at a professional heat.The only flaw is that there are screws in the flat iron that pull pieces of your hair out. It took me a while to figure out what was happening. I am trying to find a way to resolve this -like what would cover the screw heads and not melt.

Can I get a replacement or my money back? I plugged it in and sparks flew out, my GFI plug tripped, the power cord fell out of the end of the iron. I purchased it this year and the product worked great until this. I hardly used it but I would like a replacement.

This isn’t what I had hoped for. The iron doesn’t heat up enough to curl my hair even at it’s highest setting and the mechanism isn’t smooth when you push the button to use the auto curl function. Unfortunately, I’m sending this back.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas but it never came so I cancelled and ordered a different brand and so glad It never came because I’m in love with the Kiss curling iron works so fast and curls come out amazing!!!

It is easy to use, my hair looks great every time! It straightens and curls and hair looks amazing!
