25Ft AutoLock Tape Measure

Great value for the money. I’m a service plumber and use these day in and day out. I’ve had them about 4 months now and my only complaint is that it’s starting to not auto feed back into the tape. Probably has dirt or something in it. Still I’ve got a second for when it kicks the bucket and it was a fraction of my Milwaukee one I lost

First, this is a great tape measure, I like that it also has a metric scale on the back. I have had it for one year and I noticed it got a tear in the tape, I don't know how. I submitted a warranty request and within a week I had my replacement. They certainly stand behind their products!

Probably the best tape measure I've ever had. Been through many, a lot get lost or stolen but trust me you're going to want to keep this one with you or buy again!

As a contractor, I'm always looking for a better tape. This tool does not last. I purchased this tool approximately 4 months ago. Moderate use, no drops, no misuse and already does not retract. I would not recommend this tape.***Update****Upon posting my two star review, I was immediately contacted by this companies customer service and offered a refund with sincere regret expressed for my experience. I was so impressed that I offered that they send me a replacement in the off chance that the one unit I purchased was possibly just a bad tape. I will use the new tape when it is received and update accordingly. While I hope the replacement will be a functioning tool. I have for the time, updated my rating to show my appreciation for the excellent customer service.
