Q: What is meant by leakproof? Since it has a zip at top and surely water will leak from there if it tips over?

The inside and lid are covered with a sealed membrane which prevents liquids and condensation reaching the outer covering. I don’t use it for uncovered containers and keep it upright.

Q: Does this bag fold up

I’m not sure it’s supposed to completely fold up because of the insulation padding that it has but it’s soft and squidgy so does fold down a bit. Just not tiny. It’s a really nice bag, useful size.

Yes, cooler bag can keep both cold and warm. It is up to your purpose.
