The black covers don’t line up right and break immediately
Just installed but bought July firstThe cosmetic covers are super cheap and the little plastic male end wouldn’t line up and snapped can’t reach customer service currently you can’t tell the front is just floating. Can’t return no option to get a replacement cover.

Easily installed
Would give 5 stars but the covers for the back were too long for the back hatch to open. They popped off immediately.

Worked but had to shorten so the back tail gate would open
Worked but had to shorten so the back tailgate would open. We made it work though and at a third of the price from the dealer.

Garbage
Does not fit 2013 Highlander. Off by about 6 inches. Also this thing is the cheapest, most flimsy thing I have ever purchased. The "metal" I could bend with no effort at all. The "plastic" would snap if you sneezed on it. Absolute, utter garbage. Stay far away.

the cosmetic cover does not fit
the cosmetic cover does not fit, and after the rack was mounted, the Lift Strut asked to return as this is within 30 days of purchase! I could have got another replacement unit, while removing the present one, I could have installed the new one at the same time. This could have made the process smoother.
