Not a bad deal! I've had a Ryobi RS240 for years that I've never really used, because I could never get sticky-backed sandpaper to adhere to the felt pad. More than once I've had a piece of sandpaper go flying away like a Frisbee!I will post a tip for those of you who have an RS240 (and possibly some other models) that have four small, protruding "pegs" to help center the pad on the base. Get your old base, the new ones, two drywall screws and a scrap of wood. Stack the three pads on the block of wood with the old one on top (facing down) and drive the drywall screws through the pads' screw holes, and into the wood (see photo). Then drill a 3/32" hole through all three pads, using your old one as a template. You'll then achieve a perfect fit!

Easy to replace and was a perfect fit for my Chicago Electric Orbital Sander.

Garbage. wouldn't hold 2 new different brands of paper that my old pad from harbor freight had no problem holding. Junk. And the seller want's me to pay return shipping. what a joke.
