Not as expected. Very small "tools" packaged in a 3x5 inch box. Poor quality. Slightly better than having nothing. Return policy not fully explained before purchase. Money will not be returned; receive a gift certificate.

Great Gift Item For Office People
Bought this for a traveling business person and they love it. I have even had the pleasure of being in need of it's various tools while in his presence. Is truly the "Swiss Army Knife of the Office", very useful.
