I suffer from a unique form of migraine called vestibular migraine. These for sure have helped stop/lessen symptoms since I bought them! The app that goes with is super helpful telling you when to put them in. I missed my notification overnight and woke up with a huge headache this morning. I put my earplugs in and the pain is gone. If I feel dizzy I wear them and it lessens my VM symptoms. I recommend giving these a try for sure! I got the small ears ones so I knew they would fit tight. My ears were a little sore at first but I am used to them now.

Meniere's Disease / Vestibular Migraine / Hyperacusis ...these plugs help tremendously when the sound sensitivity (Hyperacusis) gets out of hand. When the pressure in my ear(s) is there, but not OMG bad, I find they "kind of" help a bit. If the pressure is OMG bad, well, nothing but time and sleep will help. I have ridiculously tiny ear canals, so I ordered the small. The ridges on these seriously compromise their comfort.Really really really follow the directions. Pull the top of your ear up and only insert them just enough to stay in your ear.With that said, they do work. When I get nasty pressure in my teeth from weather migraines, these ear plugs certainly take the edge off.The app is okay. I wish it would just tell me what time I should put the ear plugs in.

I am amazed that they are working for me. Definitely have reduced my headaches. And the app notification really help reminding me to use them. Note: They need to be a snug fit in order to block the external pressure changes and filter them more slowly. But I’ll take some slight ear discomfort over a migraine any day!Also, these were previously called MigraineX (company changed the name) so if you’re looking for more reviews then you can check under that product.

I have chronic migraine and have suffered from migraines all of my life. I seem to get more weather related migraines due to barometric changes. I have a ‘migraine toolkit’ with pharmaceuticals and holistic ways to calm my head. I have 4 pairs of these earplugs and I think that they help me! They go with me everywhere. They recommend taking your migraine medicine and putting the earplugs in. I try and just use the earplugs to reduce the amount of medicine I use and then sit quietly. They seem to help. The only issue I have is that they hurt my ears at night.

I have a real problem when the pressure drops below 30 so these come in very handy. I have used them a dozen times and they have helped relieve the discomfort I feel.

I have been suffering with chronic migraine for years. Headaches occurring at least 17 days per month even with Botox treatment and previously tried CGRP medications. Many of my migraines are related to barometric pressure changes and they do not respond to the aforementioned treatments. I read about this product on a migraine app and received this product on December 19th. Since then I have reclaimed 6 days that otherwise would have been lost to migraine! The app is extremely helpful and aids in figuring out one's threshold and whether or not the sensitivity is to upward and/or downward barometric shifts.I can't thank this company (and the person who mentioned this in my app chat group!) for this wonderful product. I am much less vulnerable to our constant weather changes and am more in control of a fair percentage of my migraines.Thank you!!!!!

At 43, I've tried it all for migraines with very little success in the medical field. These have def made a huge difference for me. I get them in the second the app tells me, and sometimes even on my own when windy as that seems to bother me a lot.I 100% recommend these. Try them! What do you have to loose? I tell people all the time about my success with them.I also want to add...I have ear cannals that don't fit many ear buds. I have a horrible time with them staying in. I was worried about the fit of these! Luckily, they fit perfect! I bought the regular size. In the beginning, they did bother my ears after lengthly wearing, but my God, nothing compared to a migraine. Now that I've been using them for some time, there's very little soreness. I had trouble getting 1 side in at first too, but quickly stoped.Hope this helps!!! May these find you relief like they did for me!!!! Every Neurologist needs to be suggesting these!!!!

Arrived in 2 days! The first time I wore them they hurt my ears a lot but the next time was much better. Trying to decide if I need the small pair or if I am getting used to them. I know I have migraines brought on by barometric pressure changes but am not yet aware of my threshold so I am going by the apps suggestions for now. I have felt a migraine coming on at times when change is coming and soon after putting plugs in it goes away. Definitely going to continue trying these and watching the app.
