Great Substitute
Nothing will ever come close to true cream cheese, but being in a state where I'm not allowed to sell products with cream cheese frosting, this is (by far) the best alternative. I'm still having to toy with the amount I add to get a good flavor, but there are other factors that can attribute to that. So yes, it does have that "fake" flavor to it, but that's what flavors usually are: fake. I'm glad to have it and use it for pumpkin roll season when it comes; or when someone wants lemon or carrot/spice cake. Thank you LorAnn Oils!!! Great company to order from too. Super fast shipping.

Not 100%, but works as needed
Used this to make my buttercream taste more like cream cheese frosting without having to sacrifice the stability of the frosting. The flavoring does have a slight weird wang to it, but the cream cheese flavor is not too bad considering there's no real cream cheese being used. I would definitely use it again if necessary, but I don't think it can be expected to fully substitute for cream cheese, obviously. Overall, not a bad purchase, and not a bad price.

Don’t buy!
Would give zero stars if I could. The item was used exactly how it was supposed to be used. It tasted disgusting! I contacted Amazon. They put me in touch with the seller. The seller refuses to issue a refund. I told them it doesn’t matter what I cooked with it. It doesn’t taste good. They were questioning me like o did something wrong. I should’ve read the reviews where people said it taste gross. They refusing to answer any questions from me tell me I need to deal with Amazon. They are the seller not Amazon. They need to deal with their customers.
