This is super good seasoning

We had Memphis rub in Nashville & Memphis and loved the taste, this great not real spicy and great flovor.

It's a good basic BBQ rub, not too salty and not to spicy.

Tried it on pork ribs and felt it was too overpowering with salt and heat. However , moderately rubbed on chicken, grilled & glazed with BBQ sauce is amazing. Lends a nice backened heat after the sweet. Ordering another for my chicken recipes.

This is a great rub for the price. My local supplier has had issues finding all the ingredients to his BBQ Rub so I tried a couple available on the market. So far this is my favorite. It is good for all meats. If it had a little more kick (which I like) I would give it the full 5 stars for flavor BUT if you are looking for a tasty versatile rub this one is a great Rub for the price.

I use this rub for my hickory smoked chicken and it is fantastic. It has good flavors, just a hint of heat, and browns very nicely. I have also used it on vegetables and pork ribs and it does great there too, but it really shines on the chicken.

My family grills out most summer nights - and this seasoning is the best we have ever tried! It is perfect on pork chops and tenderloins but also perfect on chicken and veggies. This is our second order and I am throwing all the other seasonings we've tried away Honestly - this is the best!

I’ve tried several different rubs and find the Porkosaurus to have the most even flavor that allows you to build upon without being overly salty, mixing with the Normal spritzing of your pork butt, ribs, pork belly, and other meats it celebrates the cut instead of overpowering the meat. I’ll definitely buy this again. And the price for the amount you get is great!!
