HD508 - Bass Combo

una buena experiencia. Tiene calidad y potencia. Toco en una iglesia de poco màs de 100 personas y no lo puedo usar a todo volumen porque vibran las ventanas, lo uso un poco a mas de la mitad de la potencia.

I'm an older bass player and play out often. My old rig was a bit too heavy for me anymore so I ordered this. No, don't think you can sustain 500 watts or even run it maxed out for long periods, not that you need to do so. But it has a great sound and carries well in small and medium rooms. Lightweight and very manageable. My band mostly does large halls and rooms, so I run a direct out of the amp to the PA and just use the amp as a monitor. Keep the amp back line as it is hard to hear if your drummer and guitar player are playing loud. The amp projects at a distance but you'll have problems if your on a loud stage with no monitors and the amp is close to you. To be fair, that is a common problem with most bottoms. Overall, nice sound and a great addition to my collection.

I would’ve given it 5 stars…so far this sounds great, VERY loud, clear and I’ve had no issues. Handles the low B string very nicely. I was really nervous about going from 4 10s to 4 8s but this thing is way louder then my 4 10 cabinet! Delivery was earlier then expected, and the amp arrived in great condition. I only have one issue, which is why I didn’t give 5 stars, there’s no power cord. Every other amp I’ve bought has come with it’s own power cord. Luckily I have extra but if I didn’t I’d have to go buy one. Now after spending just about $800, you’d think they’d include a power cord. I mean you included wheels lol but no cord? Just something to keep in mind when purchasing, or selling. Not a big deal to everyone but I feel like it should’ve been included.

I have played through a number of rigs over the years and I have to say I would have never believed that such great sound could come from a 4x8 configuration. What sort of voodoo is this?! This amp can do just about anything. Very versatile. Well beyond my expectations.

I have been playing bass guitar for over 25 years. I have played and owned many different bass amp and cab configurations, and I have had some great combos too. This little fella here still has me in disbelief. So loud and clear! It sounds so much larger than it is. Very pleased with the quality as well!

I was concerned about the sound of 4 8inch speakers…. This thing smokes. Used it with ‘the band’ last night, got COMPLIMENTS!! Got a 5 string bass and this thing has massive bottom for the B string.. I’m in love.

Purchased new approximately 6 months ago. Amp consistently stored indoors at 65-75 degrees F with leather cover (no U.V. concerns). The tolex adhesive appears to be loosing it's grip. Absolutely love this amp and will keep it for sure, but this is an aggravation to say the very least...
