Arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. Considering how cheap this was I'm really impressed. It's weighty, sturdy and really nice quality. I'll be modifying mine to safely store lipo batteries and this is a really great alternative to the much pricier options out there.

I love this ammo box! the price was amazing, so was the quality. This thing is proper hefty. Its built like a tank! Its better than others which are loads more in price. It even has a waterproof seal inside the lid. The metal its made from is heavy, thick and i think it will last for a lot longer than me! Very sturdy indeed! Everything about it is solid. The interior is very roomy, and the latch which closes it is tight and solid. I was really surprised at the quality of it and it was well worth the price i paid for it. I am extremely satisfied with it. It certainly beats the competition hands down! Buy it, you wont regret it! Built to last forever! I cant say enough about it, its that good. I am one very happy customer!

great to protect your home

I purchased this to keep cat treats and wet food in. This is because we've had a rat "living" behind our kitchen cupboards for 4 weeks!!! We've tried everything to catch it, but it has targeted the cat's wet food sachets and Dreamies in a plastic box with a lid, plus dried pasta. Now the cat's food is enclosed in this sturdy box. Ratty, you are going to be hungry and enjoy the bait on the traps soon😉

I had bought a smaller one from another seller and it was a similar price and wanted a larger one when i saw the price I was dubious but my concerns were unfounded. Its brilliant! Superb quality and very sturdy. Very likely to purchase another.

Just bought two of these and was gobsmacked at the quality, these ammo boxes are seriously tough, built from old Tiger tank armour, ok maybe not but feel as though they are .I had to chuckle as they arrived well packaged but with huge 'FRAGILE' stickers all over them, you could chuck these off a tower block and they'd survive, perfect for my shotgun ammo but be aware that you need a bit of muscle to close these as they have an inside seal and you really need to push down hard but hey, they do the business, outstanding!

Heavy but satisfying to use. Big enough for essentials. Not sure if they shield electronics but wouldn't be at all surprised.Would be nice if they did a still bigger size (20mm cannon?)

Most of the people selling used ammo boxes (with scratches, dings and rust marks) charge far more than these cost. I don't know how Nitehawk do it.They're tough, totally stackable, have a convenient carrying handle and a waterproof seal in the lid. Ideal for workshop storage. They look to be totally brand new and are finished in an olive green.When people used to ask me what I wanted for Christmas, I'd say "shooting socks, please" because they're always useful. Now I'm going to tell them: "Nitehawk .50 cal ammo boxes".
