Value Travel Bag
I just got back from a trip to San Francisco to play at the Olympic Club. I had it shipped overnight and it arrived on time. I used this bag for travel purposes, it's a solid bag, very basic, no wheels, no built in plastic, no pockets with a hand velcro strap that I also used as a shoulder strap. It's well-padded and it definitely got the job done for a short trip. It would be nice to have a thicker zipper quality but it works. I put my shoe bag inside as well at the top by the club heads which fit nicely and helped pad the clubs. If you're flying to St. Andrews get a beefier bag. Otherwise I recommend this bag if you don't want to break the bank. Also, it folds up tightly so it stores away well and doesn't take up too much space. I had many compliments on the bag as well. If you don't need a super fancy heavy duty bag and you don't want to pay a lot of money this bag is for you.

Well made and does the job.
I had several needs and purchased the Izzo Travel Cover. Needs: Size of bag, quality, keep my golf bag clean, fit a few extras. I was not disappointed. I am 6' and therefore have long clubs. This bag was more than adequate concerning height but not to tall. My clubs (while still in my golf bag with their individual covers on) fit just fine in this bag. It is well made (out of cloth) and I think after a whole season of golf it has held up well. The zipper is not something cheap either. The handles are a good size. I don't foresee them coming unstitched. One whole side unzips so getting my golf bag into this travel bag is a breeze. I can also put and extra box of balls and extra set of shoes in with my clubs. I would not say that you can ship or fly them anywhere in this bag, but to store or transport in the bed of the truck on the way to the course. Two thumbs up. It also keeps my bag (which is black and purple) clean. It started getting dirty from the trunk of my car and the bed of my husbands truck. Sidenote: If you are going to ship or fly with clubs. Spend the money and get a hard case. My husband did and hasn't regretted it.

This is a no frills bag for a cost effective price
The bag doesn't have any additional features like pockets, or shoe areas. It also does not have wheels or rollers. But, it is big enough for your full set and full size driver. You can stuff the bag with shoes and other things around the clubs too. The price is low and the bag does its job. If you need a cheap option for your kids clubs on vacation, this will do the job nicely.

Perfect for our needs
My husband bought a very light gray golf bag and as soon as it arrived I knew he was going to need a cover. I was thinking I’d purchase a lightweight plastic cover but I ran across this on in my search and I am really glad I did. It is a great value for the money. We were both shocked by how thick it is and how well made it seems. He stores his clubs in it and uses it in the back of his truck to and from the golf course. His light gray bag is still nice and clean but it wouldn’t be without this bag cover. We are planning to use this for airline travel because it is so well made. It also has circles for a lock on the zipper which is a nice addition. This was a great purchase!

Great Bag for the Occasional Flight
This is a surprisingly good bag for the $35 I paid for it. The material is tough and durable, the handle straps seem strong and make carrying the bag easy. The zippers look like they'll hold up and they have opposed lock rings, so you can put a luggage lock on it. It fit my golf bag and clubs perfectly. I have used this once already and checked my golf clubs at the airport. It was a small airline so I saw the people toss/throw this bag, with my clubs in it, onto the conveyor line. I checked my clubs at home, everything looked fine, and I was happy. It doesn't offer that much protection for your clubs, but as long as you have head covers on your driver, woods, and putter you'll be fine. I'll probably use this once or twice per year, so for that use, I think this is perfect. But if you are a frequent traveler who brings their clubs, you might want to invest in something a little more robust - maybe on of the hard cases with wheels (super convenient). I'll update this review as I use this bag more to report on how it holds up.

Good value, good protection, not made to last...
Although this is not dubbed as a protective case, it has worked fine for me. After several airline trips, there is no sign of damage or weakness in the material, seams, or zippers. My clubs seem to be protected just fine in this. The material is densely woven nylon, and it is thick and slightly padded. Very good value for what it is. Updated - After 8 airline trips - Okay, here is a something that you have heard before; "You get what you pay for". (While this most certainly applies to inexpensive products, I have also found that there is expensive garbage. Put that on your pipe and smoke it...) In the case of the Izzo padded travel cover, it is not all bad, but there is some bad. Good - The material has held up great, it is lightweight, and protective enough for my golf clubs... which I bought used and are 10 years old. The price is super. Bad - The stitching at the zippers has come out in two places. I can't seem to really fix it, but some Gorilla tape has worked marginally well so that I can still use the bag. What I think - I would still say that this was okay for the money, but am irritated that a bit more attention was not given to the zippers and stitching. I would not buy this again. I would also say that if I had better clubs (or even more expensive clubs), I would have easily spent more money on a travel bag. What I recommend - Do not buy a travel bag unless it has external straps that keep the stress off of the zipper stitching. We all know that baggage can be abused. I don't recommend this bag for that reason, Spend a bit more, especially if you have expensive clubs.

This bag is awesome. I carried a ping hoofer bag to Scottsdale
This bag is awesome. I carried a ping hoofer bag to Scottsdale, and this bag came out of baggage claim pristine. For the price, this is the best value golf bag you could possibly get. While it doesn't have rollers, its easy to sling over your shoulder, and there is not a large amount of time you will carry it around anyway because you would have to check it regardless. I could see that people that might give this bag poor reviews are probably putting a really heavy pro style bag, or a bag with tons of club in it causing extreme wear and tear. If you load only what you need for your vacation, I have no doubt this bag will last for a long long time. Kudos to Izzo for a great product.

Measure your bag
First of all, I like the travel bag and appears to be of nice quality but measure your golf bag prior to ordering. I have a full size cart bag and was able to fit the golf bag inside but it has no wiggle room. I use this travel bag primarily to keep my clubs covered in the garage or transporting to the course in the bed of my pickup truck which does this task fine. Does not include a shoulder strap so keep this in mind if you plan on traveling in and out of airports.

Yep this is the one
OK, there's loads to choose from for all kinds of money, and they're all massive. But if you've travelled with your clubs, you know to strap them together, take the heads off the driver and 3 wood and pack the top with a towel, so you literally just need a 1.2m duffel bag.... which you can't get. When you get off the aircraft and need to put them in a taxi, it does matter how long it is, so getting it as small as possible is actually really important. And this looks like it does the trick.... for £30 - no wheels- fine, there are trolleys in the airport if you can't carry them, and you'll obvs put clothes in with your clubs to get it up to 30kg to add to the padding which is already nice and thick, good quality-EXACTLY what I was looking for. (Don't forget most golf clubs are made of steel, so they are remarkably strong.... as long as they are packed correctly) - for £30, its not a difficult decision
