**Q: Hi I ordered this board, but it didn’t contain the two water pens that it says it comes with. Is there a way to get those still?**
A: Check under the red board. They should be under there.

**Q: What size is the board? It is not listed in the ad. Very strange they would not list the size.**
A: The size is listed on one of the product pictures: 12.5 x 9

**Q: How long does it take (minutes) before the painting disappears while you draw?**
A: About 20 minutes, depends on the temperature and air flow. Many people bought this after seeing the one I got. If it’s something that looks really nice, you can just take a pic of it.

**Q: Which logo comes on the front of the stand? Some pics have a red one and some pics have a longer white one.**
