The polycarbonate tub is thick and sturdy. The lid fits well. I really like the neoprene sleeve. It seems to really keep the heat in. The metal rack is great. It keeps your food submerged and leaves room for water to circulate around it. The design is nice because you can use as many or as few vertical pieces as you need in any position. This is really easy to set up and use.

It takes time to cook but it is well worth it. Everything we have tried so far has been great, tender and flavorful.

Product arrived exactly as described, all parts present and in excellent condition, easy to assemble and of obviously high quality. It will function perfectly with my Anova appliance, large enough for big roasts, easy to clean and use. The fitted insulation sleeve is a bonus.

This is a great product for your Sous Vide cooker. It helps keep the temperature consistent. Easy to clean and really low maintenance. The only thing I don't like is the metal rack with the two hooks. Not the best design for its application. It can be frustrating working with keeping everything in place as you submerge it into the water container. Otherwise, everything else is great and despite the problem with the rack, I still recommend this entire assembly. The lid functionality, assembly, visibility and sturdiness is very good. The fit is very good.

The tub arrived quickly and well packaged. Read the dimensions, as the pictures make it look larger than it is. That said, it easily held a 4 lb tri tip (my maiden sous vide cook) and you could probably fit a 7 lb rib roast. Apparently, I ordered this after a few beers, because I didn’t realize it comes with a can Koozie style neoprene jacket. It fits tight and certainly helps retain heat. The rack insert feels kind of janky, but I have not tried it yet. Props to whoever wrote the included recipe book, informative, humorous, and easy to read. For the price, I’m pleased with this purchase.

I bought this after owning a cooker/circulator wand for quite awhile. It’s a smaller sized tub. It’s perfect for us because we don’t have a large family.Still, it took two plus gallons of water to fill past the wand’s minimum line. I like the little rack that’s included. It keeps the bags of food separated and in the vertical position so their surfaces get maximum exposure to the water. The sleeve that comes with the tub is nice. It keeps it insulated and also keeps some heat buildup off my countertop. The top slides off so you can tilt it before it’s completely removed to pour the condensation back into the tub instead of getting water all over your counter. I recommend this to you if you’re just getting started with sous vide or just want to sous vide small batches of food.

Works as expected. The insulated cover is nice. Not a lot of room but perfect for steaks.

Its amazing and helps everything stay down and insulated

The price is honestly absurd to me for just a container, but it works well honestly with my Anova sous vide machine. It’s very spacious and I haven’t noticed any damages while using it for regularly for two years. It’s good but I wish the price was a little lower.
