This tool is AWESOME! I had a swiffer wet jet before buying this and it was awkward to use—hard to get the right grip for the leverage necessary to actually scrub the floor. The handle broke off in my hand the last time I was cleaning the floor which is why I was in the market for a new mop. This mop is more lightweight and has a gripping material conveniently placed mid-wand for use when applying pressure to the floor. The Swiffer cleaning solution bottle is huge and weighs the tool down. The bottle on this mop is petite and Bona sells concentrated cleaner that you mix with water—a time and money saver. I love that I don’t have to constantly run out to the store for refills and I can put whatever cleaner I choose into this container. Speaking of savings and convenience, this mop comes with washable microfiber pads. No more inconvenient running-out-of-Swiffer-pad moments. The Swiffer is battery operated and would die at the most inopportune moments whereas this mop is manually operated with a spray bottle-like mechanism. Unlike the fixed spray jets of the Swiffer, you can control where/how far the spray goes with this mop because the spray jets are located higher on the wand. I am so happy I gave this tool a try. I love it!

Was looking for a damp mop to use on my LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring. I wanted a product that I didn't have to buy disposable pads and special cleaners. Also wanted something safe for my flooring and with a bottle that I could fill with a cleaner or plain water if I chose to. Also didn't want to pay a lot. Well, this product hits all the marks. Very happy with it so far. The pads are easy to change. I just fill the bottle with plain water and it works great. The mop head/pad is a great size and swivels easily to get into corners, under furniture, and along baseboards. Lightweight to use but sturdy enough to get the job done. Great buy for the money!

i didn't have issues with handle popping off....yet. i didn't realize it was a pump and am pleased i do not have to use batteries. pump is very easy, sprays generously. just pull reservoir up pretty hard (at least first time) to remove and fill. i use dishwashing detergent and warm water. works great on kitchen floor. less purchases, less waste! glad i couldn't fix Swiffer. and extra cleaning accessory is not depicted on box picture. ,, just snaps on handle easily.

I thought for the longest time that Swiffer was the only maker of these "types" of mops. I have had 3 swiffers and each one just stops working for no reason shortly after using it. This mop is fabulous!! There are no batteries to change, just a squeeze trigger that works just as well. It's so simple and you can make your own solution to clean with. I just mix some concentrated lysol and water. This mop also comes with 2 reusable mop pads that are very well made and durable. I highly recommend this spray mop 100%. Never spend the $ on a Swiffer again!!

Update: So after 2 months of use I have consistently been having the same problem. When mopping quickly as I pull the mop back towards me the mop head flips over upside-down and scrapes against the floor. It's super frustrating especially when you're in a hurry because you have to always keep 2 hands on the mop (one placed lower than the other) in order to keep the mop head flat on the floor. I have not had this problem with any previous mops. If the return window hadn't closed I would return and get something else. So far so good. I needed a replacement for my old spray mop. This one is a bit wider but I can still just get the old pads on it since I have extra. It seems to be of similar quality of the old one so I expect it to last a few years. It's very easy to use and the washable pads are great.

When I first put this together it seemed like the typical junk cheap Chinese product. I wasn’t looking to spend a lot on a traditional mop/bucket arrangement. I also needed something more robust than a swiffer. To my surprise I easily cleaned a really dirty linoleum floor I had w ease…. The removal of pads to rinse off is easy the ability to put any liquid cleaning solution in this item is also a big plus. I would say for big spaces this might not be the best solution, however, for urban apartments etc this thing does the job. I usually don’t recommend Chinese products but you may want to go with this if you have a busy lifestyle/ like a small item to store / ease of use etc.

If your like me... I love the bona spray mops and bona hardwood floor cleaner products you can purchase everywhere. I have been using this for over 10 years. I got tired of spending $39 for a new bona spray mop every time my mop went to &*$#. So I decided to shop for a more affordable spray mop that provides the same function. I must say, I don't regret my purchase ... yet. It functions exactly the same AND you can add any product (bona or any solution to the spray container) as you wish. Again, if you have to eventually replace your spray mop after 2-3 years of use (typically from the nozzle malfunction), why wouldn't you choose to purchase a $20 mop over a $40? I will not pay for brand names. ADDENDUM: After 1.5 years (approx. 24 uses) spray function no longer works. Now deemed useless...

When you don’t want to store a mop and bucket this is honestly the best thing as it is tiny and does the job really well!

It is a good product. But since it is a short period of use, from the time we bought, I will be able to give better feed back some time later.

after I received the product , I immediately opened amazon page and returned it. It looks completely different as the sales page on amazon, the one shows on amazon page, it looks good quality and sturdy, this is one of the reason I chose this mop, but the one I received, it looks so cheaply made, the trigger doesn't work from the first time which I saw some comment that after few times do work anymore. I will be careful in the future even though getting good ratings products, don't understand how come this piece of trash gets 4.5 stars??? my opinion is cheating, show you something attractive but send you some trash!

I purchased this for Rs/- 717, now the price is doubled nearly Rs/- 1200 for the worst quality. Also, i did not get the product with all items they mentioned and the product is different by the looks they represent in the sale.

It is extremely poor in terms of durability and quality. Fits the purpose of moping although while doing so you may see some dust sediments being pushed to the corners. The solution tank got broken in a couple use.
