Using this is sooooo much less hassle than a bulky, cumbersome, heavy and unweildy plastic hose - it's actually a joy to use. The only thing (for me), was that the brass end nozzle (the end with the on-off lever), has an EXTERNAL 3/4 inch (19mm, I believe), dhread (as do all these types of hose with brass fittings I've seen), and no garden centre or shop I could find locally had a spray gun (or any other type) of attachment to fit this; it seems most only sell the type designed to grip onto a platic hose. Such fittings ARE available, but from my own experience it's very likely you'll need to order one on-line, and they are about £10.00 to £15.00. So, not a fault, just a potential "keep in mind" thing. I would most certainly not go back to a rubber hose UNLESS when you use the hose, it is likely to trail over soil or other dirty surface, as all fabric covered hoses will pick up the dirt and are not that easy to clean (which is about the ONLY merit a conventional hose now has in my book!). P.S. - in use, make sure before you use it, with the nozzle end closed, you turn the tap on and let the hose extend fully before using it. Similarly, when you've finished, leave the nozzle end open when you turn the tap off, and let the hose shrink back down again. A brilliant piece of kit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beware connector availability *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 January 2026* Decent quality but the 3/4” male stop cock end is impossible to find a click connector adapter for. ## Frequently Bought Together - Flexi Hose Upgraded Expandable Garden Hose 50 ft Extra Strength 3/4 Solid Brass Fittings - The Ultimate No-Kink Flex 50 ft Water Hose (Black, 50FT) - AUTOMAN-Garden-Hose-Nozzle, ABS Water Spray Nozzle with 7 Adjustable Watering Patterns, Slip Resistant for Watering Plants, Lawn& Garden, Washing Cars, Cleaning, Showering Pets & Outdoor Fun. - VIKING Hose Nozzle, Garden Hose Nozzle with 8 Spray Patterns, Adjustable and Heavy Duty for Washing Car, Watering Plants, Washing Pets, and Home Use --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hu/products/149720954-expandable-garden-hose-100ft-no-kink-8-function-spray-nozzle](https://www.desertcart.hu/products/149720954-expandable-garden-hose-100ft-no-kink-8-function-spray-nozzle) --- *Product available on Desertcart Hungary* *Store origin: HU* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
