This is a REALLY nice product for the price
Very well made. Absolutely perfect condition on arrival. I liked because the surface could be wiped easily to be rid of dog hair.If you're on the fence about it, I would measure carefully as the item is bulky.....and then give this a try. It doesn't disappoint.

Matched furniture perfect
I already had the couch, chair and recliner. Amazon had the best price for ottoman and it matches perfectly, was a little worried when receive came USPS but it was all good.

Gorgeous but..
L♡VE THIS SO MUCH-It is GORGEOUS!!! I ordered a 2nd one! BUT, it arrived damaged, the entire underneath was ripped apart- not from shipping either, very clearly sent damaged from Ashley. The box was in perfect condition. I contacted them, they said since I bought it from Amazon I had to contact them. Amazon said the only solution was a return. I didn't want the hassle of removing the legs & trying to re-box it. I would have been happy with a partial refund, but nothing 😕. Fingers crossed the 2nd one arrives in perfect condition 👌. UPDATE-The 2nd 1 came PERFECT 🥰

Used legs, and the return
They sent scuffed, used legs that go with the ottoman. It was frustrating to get them to send me new legs. I used Ashley's chat. Nothing was resolved on the first night with them, from 8:21 - 9:30. The second time was from 11:11 to 12:22. I asked for a reference number, but they could not provide one. Now, another department will have to call me to get the legs. This has been a hassle, so I will not buy from them again.
