I have a lot of back problems and related pain. I use one of these seat pads placed on my car seat and I bought another one which I place behind me at my lower back. Using both cushion pads in this way (at right angles to each other - one under me, one behind me) - helps to straighten my back so that I am sitting more upright. As some reviewers havae said, they don't have a lot of depth, I would prefer it if they were deeper, thicker seat pads, but without a doubt they really help me and take the pain away from driving. The second cushion acting as a lower back support is as important as the one I'm sitting on, they work well together in this way.

Nice soft and velvety but Very Thin.Comfy to sit but whats point when it gets flat.Gets squashed behind the bum when you put in the driver seat of the car.I didnt use it for long to see if it made any difference (i doubt it will) and returned it.

Used it for a couple of weeks, it seems to be staying in place, and I'm forgetting it's there, so proves how comfortable it is. I think it is a little early to tell whether it is improving my posture, and as yet I have only used it in the passenger seat and not while driving.

Buona fattura, salvaguardia bene il coccige ma è troppo corto se il problema è dovuto ad una seduta troppo incavata del sedile auto come nel mio caso. Sarebbe stato meglio con una profondità di 5 cm più lunga
