Q: Are they all black? Is it suitable for party

They are all black. I wore mine again the other night for a Halloween party (second time for the same pair) and they are really well made and still looked great the second time around. I would recommend them.

Q: 265lbs, Usually a 2x/3x, 20 jeans, sometimes fit in a 1x or 16/18 depending on how clothes run. Does this stretch enough for plus size women?

I would say that they stretch enough for someone slightly larger than me, I am 165 pounds, and wear a snug 8 and a comfy 10. I do not think that some of these would stretch much more than they do on my thick thighs. Out of the 4 pair in this package, maybe 1 may stretch enough for a plus size, but I wouldn't want to guarantee that.
