Good quality steel product with bad finishing inside
Outer vessel is good in finishing but idli plates lacks finishing and it's sharp edges can cut your hands while handling(shown in picture).Overall price is reasonable comparing to other brands in market.Verycompact in sizeIndian manufacturers should focus on finishing. It doesn't cost much to grind those sharp edgesThis is where the other countries scores on international markets.Just one small step of finishing can lead us on the universal platformWithin 8 months of use the base of the cooker cracked and it’s of no use

average quality
Been using it for a couple of months now. the quality of outer vessel is very poor and the bottom of the pan has become black just in a few uses. The plates are also of average quality. not very happy

Poor Quality & broken fixtures (Steel portions of the item are OK though very light quality)
The top cap nut is absolutely loose and cannot be tightened by any means - bad quality screw and cap nut. However, since I do not have any time to replace the defective item as I have to take it abroad for my family, I just got it repaired from a local shop near my home.While it is the duty of the manufacturer & seller to ensure the quality of the products, the mediator agency Amazon is also not fully free of their responsibility.Poor Quality for the price paid - Amazon must always ensure that the quality of the products, however cheap or expensive meets basic standards.
