I was disappointed that the whole unit is not aluminium. The clamp is plastic. And the ball and hindge is removable but large when trying to pack into the Mavic pro bag

My second attempt at buying a phone holder which I now regret. Poorly made did not work very well so off it went to landfill along with my 1st one. I ended up making one.

Great product I use it for my tablet to fly my drone and it holds it very well so I can concentrate on the drone without worrying that the tablet will fall out.

For the price this is a well made and engineered tablet holder for your Mavic Air (Etc) remote controller.All parts work well together and the swivel mount positions the tablet in the right place and angle to operate the joysticks, and locks off solidly. The sprung loaded grip works very well with the iPad Mini4 and the red foam protects the back and edges of the ipad too. Buy with confidence

So far it's quite stable with a 9.7 iPad rock steady. The only concern I have is the base has no ridge to lock into the controller. And the left side of the base has a cutout that slides through the left arm of the controller. But it's been the best I've tried so far using an 9.7 iPad.

Works very, very well. Easy to install and it’s rock-solid even with an iPad Air installed. Great value for money!
