Will this fit 2016 F350 king ranch 4x4

Fit my 2015 F250 perfectly. Believe the F350 is the same. Cured the death wobble and smoothed out the steering.

No, this is not the correct shock, it is too long and will not allow full right hand turns

could i use this as a replacment shock for my rough country dual steering stabalizer?

If your steering is too stiff the Bilstein is far superior to the cheap single factory stabilizer. If, however you have very large tires and/or a lift kit, I would probably stay with the dual system. I would in all cases replace any shock(s) with Bilstein! They have a long history of quality and performance.

Solid replacement

Worked great, I already had this exact shock in place but when I was replacing the drag link the old one was seized in and damaged. Threw this bad boy in with a brand new drag link and tie rods on my 14 F350, worked great. Lot easier with a new one going in than taking the old one out!
