It's not designed for that, and 240V could require switching 2 - 120V lines, which would require using two of them, switched by one 12v control circuit. It might work, but I wouldn't do it - - -

They are standard relays for aftermarket wiring of electronics if you are trying to replace a factory relay check the pin location under the relay if they are the same then they should fit
