I purchased the racquet that was advertised as new, however, I received a used racquet. It had two paint chips, the plastic covering the handle was missing, and the racquet arrived strung with a hybrid setup. The upside, the racquet was professionally packaged for shipping. The seller needs to be upfront with what they are actually selling.
