First one installed working very well, with a little oil
The media could not be loaded. They seem good. I have only installed one so far. They arrived pretty quickly, packaging fair, but no damage evident. The auto-close mechanism isn't as beefy as a Liberty brand glide I bought, but it is working GREAT. I did add a little oil to the bearings (10W-40, I believe) to loosen the sliding action up a bit. I replaced a 30 year old 2/3 extension glide, and the combination of full extension, smooth sliding action (with aforementioned supplemental lubrication), and soft self-closing is really fantastic. Contents of drawer now stay in place, and I can access all of them.tldr; Some have complained about the lack of installation instructions, so, FWIW...Installation Notes:The glide comes apart by sliding it open and depressing the small plastic lever that is exposed in the narrowest, innermost (drawer) track of the glide. This drawer track is the part that attaches to your drawer.I have face frame cabinets. I reused the mounting screws from my old glides. I installed the stationary/outer part of the drawer glide touching the bottom of the drawer opening. I held a 24" level on the glide such that I could still see the bubble, and I then marked the location for the back screw. I used three screws for each mounting side. I discovered that the small screws could be driven directly into the plywood side supports without drilling, which will save me time on subsequent installations.I made a cardboard template for drilling the screw holes in the drawer sides (from a delivery box flap). I used a cardboard spacer to lift the drawer up a bit (~1/16") off the counter, and then, holding a complete glide on the counter and my template against the side of my drawer, I extended the drawer track to touch the drawer front and traced about half of its attachment holes onto the cardboard. I then detached the removable drawer track, aligned it on top of the template, and finished tracing its holes. Then I marked my drilling locations, drilled the template and marked it up: front, back, left, right. Drilling the drawers and attaching the drawer tracks was quick and easy after that.To complete the assembly: Line up the inner drawer tracks with the cabinet mounted ones, slide them in, and push the drawer all the way closed, to engage the self-closing latch mechanisms. When the drawer opens that mechanism should "cock" in an open position on both sides. Pushing the drawer nearly closed should trigger the self-close, slowly pulling it closed.Do mount the stationary/outer part of the glide flush with the front of your cabinet. Be symmetrical and parallel.Do NOT (as others have mentioned) drive any screws inside the self-closing mechanism area or it will bind.Do mount the front of the drawer track flush with (touching) the drawer front. If the self-close doesn't operate smoothly, make sure that each mechanism is pulled forward on BOTH sides before you close the drawer, and that both mechanisms subsequently "cock" properly each time you open the drawer.

The slides work GREAT! Customer service was even better!
I had a factory defect in one of the slides that wouldn't allow the slide to close all the way. I contacted the seller (ZIC Sales) and within 3 days I had a replacement. I was worried I would be stuck with it since I already installed most of the 10pk of slides I purchased and I didn't want to return the whole package. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out the blue "Soft/Self Close" part.Slides... They work Great! I installed them in our new bathroom vanity along with soft close door hinges, our bathroom went from a loud room to a whisper quiet space (when my lovely wife's hairdryer isn't running).Planning on a full kitchen remodel next year and these slides will have a place in my new cabinets!Thank you again Zic Sales for the prompt response and fix!

Solid and Smooth Gliding Drawer Sliders
I'm not very handy at installations and had a great deal of difficulty installing the first pair of sliders. I had to replace the current sliders because we store heavy pots and pans in a drawer and I wanted something that was all metal and rated for a heavier work load. The first drawer took a couple of hours to install as I made a number mistakes with the location of the slide and the drawer mount. It also was a cramped space so there was little room to work in. I also installed end brackets because I knew that we would be pushing the weight limit. However, once the first drawer was installed, the second went a lot faster as I better understood the placement of the slide and drawer mount. I believe the additional drawer sliders will also be easier to install. I would recommend buying or building a brace to help keep the slider in place as you mount it. It takes a little effort to build a brace but it makes the project go a lot faster. I did also buy a Kreg jig to help with the installation and it helps a lot. However, it requires you to clamp the jig in place and I prefer a free standing support. The slide itself takes a while to loosen up but the drawer does slide smoothly and has a locking tab to keep the drawer from being pulled off the slider by accident. The slider itself has 3 rails, so it pulls out further than my current 2 rail slider.

Great slides!
These are great slides. I've bought 40 pairs of slides of various sizes from these guys. Of those I had one bad pair which could very well have been my fault. I ran out on my last project and used some similar slides I bought locally for double the money and there was no comparison. These are precision slides and as such you need to very careful with alignment and clearances. The typical cheapies allow lots of leeway. Initially I had a problem because I had an extra 1/16" and had to shim the slides. Another thing to be careful with is the slides need to be perfectly parallel to each other, if not they will bind. This is true for any slide like this. The soft close works great. The only con I have is that even though they are rated at 100 pounds, I wouldn't advise it. I have two 12" deep drawers full of bakeware and pans - probably about 40 pounds plus the drawer is another 20 pounds. The slides support the weight with no problem, however they don't slide as easily as I would like and the soft close feature doesn't quite work at this weight. My next project involves two even larger drawers so I will try dual slides on each drawer.
