My holistic doctors prescribed these to help me tummy make bile so I can digest my food better and they work! I also tried the drops and the pills worked just as well for me!! Yes, the taste is bitter but way better than the drops!

This “bitters is better”…🤭 We all have digestive issues at times and can use a little help. This does the job for me. Not a daily supplement , but a gentle and comforting aid for the digestion when my tumbly gets a little rumbly!

I have these on auto-order for my daughter, and I have taken them as well (at the recommendation of my doctor) with great results. My daughter and I are both nonsecretors (we don't secrete our blood type antigen into our gut lining to feed some very important gut bacteria which causes digestive issues as well as endocrine and neurotransmitter issues). I've heard from more than one health care practitioner that enzymes and bitters are a must for nonsecretors, and I have seen it first-hand, so we will continue to take these. Vitanica: please don't ever stop making these!

Works but is too strong for me. Leads to gas and bloating.

Ive been taking Bitters by capsule for six moniths or so. I see a naturopathic digestive health Dr. for my IBS and GERD. We are slowly wittling down my GERD meds to something healthy for my body. Anyways, I am obese, according to my Drs. Since I started taking Bitters, these say 1 to 2 with meals. I have been doing good with my heartburn meds, less appetite for sweets and Ive lost about 20lbs. And that's JUST on these capsules that contain herbs and nothing funky. Well, I am putting dandelions and also something called burdock in my system. You get the point! I am not a dieter, i watch what i eat, if it looks good I eat it. I enjoy food. But i force myself to take peoples advice who are smarter than me and try the new stuff if it will do me good. Like eating breakfast within an hour of waking up, not just coffee. And not eating a midnight snack or three. But thats just me. So, back to the point. My capsules do what they say. Have herbs to help the body. And I am completely satisfied with mine. This product was recommended by a nutritionist if you have problems with gallstones. I have them but not bad enough to have surgery. Hopefully these will keep it that way or get rid of them.

If you take these pills up to 30 minutes before eating something that you know you normally react too you will find they help you immensely and your digestion issues either disappear or are far less imposing. A great help to keep the gut calm whilst eating foods you enjoy.
