My carpet had suffered the effects of having an elderly dog that suffered from incontinence. With that being said my carpet looked and smelled disgusting! Some of these stains were almost two years old. I had a brand new carpet cleaner for this occasion also.😌 All I can say is “WOW”!!! This product delivers BIG TIME!! Not only did it clean the carpet beautifully, but the overwhelming urine smell was gone!! Not just covered up either. It also cleaned spots where one of our dogs had thrown up and I was never able to totally get it out, but this cleaner did the trick! I would give this a definite recommendation and 5 stars! One other great thing is that you don’t have to use nearly as much of this product as you do with other carpet cleaning products so it’s really economical!

This is the only solution I will buy from now on! I had a huge issue with my cat peeing in one specific area, I had my carpets professionally cleaned with Stanley Steamer I also added the deodorizing treatment with the professional clean yet it still smelled like cat pee. I tried rug treatment using Natures Miracle after with no results. I then bought an ECOLAB professional grade cleaning solution to use with my carpet cleaner and again no results. This was my last resort and I am so glad I bought it. The smell is COMPLETELY GONE! The carpet looks great too, it looks refreshed and more clean than it did before. I’m buying another bottle today to do the rest of my floors!!!

Updated Review - 9/15/2016 I originally posted that the fragrance was too strong... Well, the responsive folks at Sunny & Honey contacted me and let me know that for machines with a separate solution tank, like my Hoover FH50150 PowerScrub Deluxe, that I needed to dilute the solution with water: 50% water / 50% solution for normal cleaning, 75% water / 25% solution for a lite cleaning. They said I was not the first person to experience this issue with a machine that uses a separate solution tank. They also said they are updating their product label with new mixing instructions for machines that use a separate solution tank. Sunny and Honey were very helpful and responsive in addressing my problem. Thank you. To Sunny & Honey's credit, it seems that immediately after I bought their cleaner, they sent me an email with their updated diluting instructions. They tried to inform me, but I unfortunately overlooked their email. Anyway, I tried the product again, this time diluting the solution as instructed in the email, and I found that it cleans my carpets great. It also seems to perk up the carpet fibers. But, the fragrance is still a little too strong for my nose. My daughter likes it. But, she does not spend as much time in the room as I do. Although I'm not a fan of the original fragrance, I love the people at Sunny and Honey. Their customer service has been incredible. They told me they are coming out with a new fragrance. The new fragrance is more minty and not as strong. I have agreed to try it out. Had it not been for Sunny & Honey's outstanding customer service and dedication to their product and my satisfaction, I would not be updating my review from 2 stars to 4. I am so impressed with the service I received from Sunny & Honey that I am truly hoping I love the new fragrance. I would love to be able to give the product 5 stars. This stuff works!! I use it on all types of stains. Especially when the pup has an accident. Leaves a beautiful, lavender scent and gets the job done safely without the harsh chemicals! I use it in my Shark Carpet Cleaner. I know it says to only use the Shark products...but they smell so harsh and are extremely expensive. This is a wonderful alternative.

I own a cleaning business and we rarely clean carpets anymore but one of our clients asked to clean theirs so we used our small carpet cleaner with this AMAZING product. I cannot praise this product enough. I mean the photos do not even do it justice. It smells so fresh and cleans much better than any other carpet product I have tried so far! It got us a 5-star review for our service. It is very easy to use (and has all natural ingredients), I put it in a squirt bottle and then mixed 6-10 squirts with hot water for the machine depending on the soil level and it did the rest. During shipment the bottle did not leak or break, came completely intact. I ordered the small bottle initially, will order the large one next time. The dry time depends on the machine that is being used but it does not leave any sticky, foggy, or soapy residue and does not require rinsing with just water. The machine had no problem extracting everything from the carpet.

I bought this carpet cleaner after being impressed by the multiple before and after photos. I have a Hoover Spinscrub 50 carpet cleaner that I use a few times a year, and usually I have a professional carpet cleaner come in once a year but for obvious reasons that wasn't happening this year. We have two large dogs who track in a lot of dirt as well as rub off a lot of their natural skin oils onto our carpet so we need some help keeping the carpet clean! This particular area in the pictures is where they sleep in the bedroom. First, I made sure I picked/cleaned out as much excess dog hair from the Hoover as I could before using it. After vacuuming the area, I used 3 oz. in a gallon of hot water, in other words the amount for a "normal" clean according to the directions. The first photo is the "before" picture after taking one pass with my Hoover (I forgot to take it before I went over it!). It did pretty much nothing. Hmmm. Maybe I need to pretreat it. So I mixed some cleaner with water and sprayed it on, allowing it to set for about 5 minutes and went over it again. Meh. Do you not mix it with water to pretreat? It doesn't say on the bottle. I took multiple passes in different directions, as well as going over it again with just a hot water rinse and allowed it to dry. It does look somewhat better, but not what I thought. And you can still see where the carpet is stained by the nightstand (I wasn't going to bother moving furniture unless and until I saw some pretty remarkable results on my test area). In this area I actually just set the Hoover on it for several seconds and allowed the brushes to just scrub it for a while. I'm not saying it doesn't clean. It does, and as usual I got lots of blackish-brownish wastewater. I was using a Bissell "deep clean" formula that also just worked okay on normal areas but did pretty much nothing on heavily stained areas. The scent is not overpowering and yes, it's slightly minty. If anything, it does help with the dog scent in the carpet. But when I felt the carpet, I could tell there was still dog oil residue. Next time I may add the amount for a "deep" clean, actually move some of the furniture and see how it goes.

I use the Bissell turbo clean pet carpet cleaner and I have a toddler and 150lb Bernese Mountain Dog. They a lot of dirt and mud into the house especially during spring because it's rainy and muddy. I used to use the Bissell pet pro oxy urine eliminator stain protect as the carpet cleaner formula but I used it recently and the scent was just so strong where literally it's been a week and the scent still lingers. It was very chemical smelling so I decided to try this carpet cleaner from sunny and honey instead because it said that it was non-toxic and safe for pets. My toddler and my dog love to roll around the carpet so I thought it would be better to have something that is safe for them. It really works I'm very impressed I never leave Amazon reviews unless I love the product and I love this one 100% highly recommend the search is over. Make sure to do a pass of just hot water with no cleaning solution to get rid of the extra solution that is in your carpet this really helps clean it.

Okay this stuff is amazing! We have four dogs and due to this the carpet in our bedroom is a high traffic area. It got delivered at 7:30 am. I cleaned my carpets at 7:45. I let the room dry all day while at work and when I came home WOW not only is my carpet so much cleaner, our whole house smells amazing. There is not a residue left and it’s so much fluffier. Amazing. Will be purchasing again!

Doesn't work as well we thought for the price

This is the 4th time I have purchased this carpet cleaner for use in my Bex Bissell cleaner. It is highly effective for cleaning my carpet especially with 3 dogs at home and I love the scent it leaves. It is also pet friendly. I use it in a spray for cleaning up spillages as well. Great product!

Fantastic product that I highly recommend. The best part about it, is that it not only removes impossible odours (which many other products couldn’t) but it smells of fresh mint and not of chemicals. Love love love this stuff.
