Looks nice, didn't block signals - Refunded
EDIT: Further to this review, have been in contact with the company and a refund was agreed. I'm satisfied, given the other reviews here, that this was a one off. I'm told the boxes are apparently handmade and this one apparently got past the quality control. The manufacturers say they seeking to improve this.Faraday box arrived quickly. Visually looks very nice (as pictured), and appears well constructed. Large enough inside for several car keys, or at least 2 mobile phones.Unfortunately, it didn't block a phone signal when tested. Nor did it block a bluetooth signal from a smartwatch to the phone (the kind used to "find" a lost phone). I tried this several times, and in all cases fully closed the box and closed both latches.I didn't have a keyless car key to test it with, so can't comment on whether it works for those. Judging by the other reviews on here attesting that it works for car keys, I can only hope it does. What I can say is it doesn't seem to block phone or bluetooth signals. (For comparison, I also bought from elsewhere on Amazon a pair of signal blocking with similar function, and these blocked the phone and bluetooth signals very well.)For the price paid, and in part just considering the cost of returning it half way across the world, I'll be keeping it as a nice looking storage box, but I don't trust it as a signal blocking box.

It works for our car keys without issue
Despite the other reviews on here showing them using the box in the wrong way, I bought and received the box today and tested.I put both our sets of keys which include our car keys in the box and shut and latched the box closed. I went outside and put it as close to the door handle as possible and tried to unlock. It did NOT unlock. I tried it 5 times. The only time I managed to open it with the keys inside was when the box lid was open as you would expect. You have to understand that even if the lid is a couple of millimeters open (because you did NOT latch it shut) or the the item you put inside is too big for the box (see the mobile phone video someone posted), you cannot expect the box to protect you, the box needs to close without needing to force it and be latched for it to work (you would think this would be common sense). So I am happy that the box will work to protect my car from "relay" theft which is why I bought it.

It works!
So pleased with this. I was worried as I heard that my keyless car was one of the most easily stolen in the UK. I wrongly thought that by keeping my fob keys at the rear of the house furthest away from the car the remote wouldn't work. But testing it this week the signal from the fob got through four walls and opened car doors. I chose this box as I wanted one big enough for my set of keys and keys to husbands car and the spare keys. As you can see in the picture it will hold several sets of keys with plenty of room to spare. I tested it out by opening my car and putting keys in box. When I pressed the start button the car could not detect the fob. I will sleep easier now knowing I have done my best to protect our cars from theft.

Works Perfectly
Brilliant little box, really well made and sturdy. We had someone try to steal our car by relay and they failed because of the box.

Fantastic and spacious to accommodate several keys.
It does exactly what it says. Put the key/fob in the box and ensure it is closed tightly.m; Bobs your uncle. We bought a new Q7 and unlocked the door. Sat in the car with the key in the box, key was not recognised by the car as it was closed. Open the cover with the key in the box, car started as the transmission was recognised by the car as it was opened.1.The trick is by the box (can fit up to 10 keys).2. Ensure the key is put it the box.3. Ensure the box is locked.Note - you may need to get a second box to put the spare key 😊. Not unless you want to put both keys in the same box. In my house the keys are downstairs at the entrance and my spare is in my bedroom.

Product came well package but on inside box insert was not stuck down. Had to glue down
External part of the box was well presented but let down by internal finish. Area on one side had come away and needed to be glued down again

Just What I Needed
This security box is just what I needed. Sadly these days seems to have a lot of not very nice people who don't care about property and ownership, so all types of security are needed to keep them at bay. This box is perfect for holding several bunches of keys and I have to say, it is a nice looking box too.As for doing the job it is designed and made to do, then that's a definite ten out of ten. I am more than happy to recommend this box for anyone who feels the need to keep their car(s) safe and to help towards an easier mindset.
