Chef Craft Classic Plastic Dough Scraper, 6 Inch, White, One Size

I've used professional metal scrapers for years, and I can confidently say that this works just as well, and for a lot less money. The flexibility makes it great for working with dough, and also for cleaning off my countertop without scratching it up like a metal scraper would. There's no reason to spend a penny more for a dough scraper, believe me. This is all you need.

This is a solid ( non flexible ) plastic. I was very please with it

Works well enough for what it is. If you want a more soft and pliable scraper, this is a good choice. Careful heating it up though as it will warp and could even start to melt as its a thinner plastic. I use it primarily to cut brownies and it works quite well for that purpose

I use this scraper all the time. It's just the right size. It's lite and easy to clean and store.

Not much to say. It works. Has just the right flexibility to be efficient.
