This is my second batch of Garcinia Cambogia. The first one I got was the one that was referred by Dr. Oz. It was the free trail, which actually ended up costing me an arm and a leg (because I didn't cancel within 14 days). But it worked amazing. It only has 60% HCA but I lost 25 pounds in a little over a month, but more importantly, I lost inches. I didn't change my eating all that much. I still induldged in my treats when I wanted but drank lots and lots of water. I wanted to continue GC but didn't want to get caught up in another subscription so I ordered this here. I have been taking it, along with the colan cleanse for almost 2 weeks. I am sad to say that I haven't saw much results with this. I almost feel constipated all the time so maybe I am doing something wrong. I will continue taking it and change some things up and maybe I will start to see some pounds drop.

I have been taking this product (specifically by Islands Miracle) since the start of summer on and off. I know it's hard to decipher which reviews are TRUE, legit, honest customers and which are fake, phony reviews. But I promise, I am in no way associated with this company, nor was I asked to give this product a 5-star rating. I am a single 37-yr old mom who did her research and homework on Garcinia Cambogia after being duped by bogus brands that failed to show me results. After many long nights of researching I finally stumbled upon this brand. I found a site (lab tests or something along those lines) that actually tests each product for efficacy and to determine its true ingredients. Islands Miracle was one of the very few brands out there that was found to be legit. It does contain REAL GC extract. I will say, however, the amount of extract was a bit less than they claim on their bottle, which is why I always buy the 95% (which was tested to be around 79% extract in reality). But it's been working "miracles" for me!!!!I am by no means overweight. But after having my now 8-yr old daughter, and I'm sure other moms can relate, I just haven't been able to get rid of this baby belly! NOTHING else has worked!!! I've tried it all, from detoxes and cleanses to HerbaLife. Within a week of trying Islands Miracle, I had already lost 4 pounds. Each morning I step on the scale I notice it's a pound less than the day before!! I seriously didn't believe what I was seeing!! My results haven't been completely consistent. I do notice around my lovely "monthly" time, mainly a week or so before, I gain a couple extra pounds. So at first, I became discouraged and stopped using it. But I gave it another shot, and same thing - within a week I had lost a few pounds again. I've also only been buying one bottle at a time and usually run out before buying more. And I also noticed as soon as you stop taking it the weight comes right back. But so far, the most I've lost, with consistent use, has been quite impressive! I went from 121 pounds down to 111!!! You have to take these the correct way for them to work. I take 2 in the morning a half hour before breakfast (if I have a chance to even eat breakfast) with a full glass of water!! That's probably the most important part!! You NEED to take these with water in order to activate the GC, otherwise it won't work. And then I do the same thing in the evening - I take 2 more a half hour before dinner with a bottle of water (8-16oz). I have changed my diet a bit as well and stopped with all the junk and cakes and cookies (for the most part, I do cheat here and there). But I haven't really been consistent with my exercising so that doesn't seem AS necessary, tho I'm sure it helps speed up your results.Overall, I highly recommend this product!!! I apologize for the lengthy review, but I have been amazed by this product and am so happy I found it!! I am finally starting to see my flat, pre-baby belly again!! I also take 2 Gas-X every morning with this to help with belly bloat. I've read other reviews and see that it hasn't worked for everyone. I'm not sure why some people aren't seeing the same results and I wish it had worked for them as well as it has for me. All I can suggest is to take it the proper way, WITH WATER 30 MINUTES TWICE A DAY BEFORE BREAKFAST AND DINNER. I try to take it at the same time but that doesn't always work out. The customer service has been terrific and I even received a "Welcome" email from an Islands Miracle associate with his personal contact info, plus a follow-up email asking how I liked the product so far. I really suggest giving this product another shot and be consistent with it. If anything, it's a WONDERFUL product to jumpstart your weight loss journey!! Best wishes to all :)

I had originally tried another Garcinia product with 80% HCA that helped a lot in controlling my appetite and speeding up some weight loss. Thought I'd go for a more potent version with this product, but I was disappointed in the effects and felt a little deceived, especially with the caution on the high potency of the product. With one capsule before a meal, I felt little to any sense of suppressed appetite, and I had to increase the dosage to 2 capsules to get an slight effect. - What excited you about the product in the first place?I've heard a lot about this product but a lot of what I originally saw seemed to be marketing ploys and gimmicks to get you to buy the product. However, I began doing more research on the product and decided, why not try it and see if it actually does work. I chose this particular brand and bottle because of the great reviews and the high potency claims made by the company.- How often do you use it?I take the recommended dosage, which is 3 pills per day. You can go up to four per day but I only do 4 per day on the weekends (I tend to eat more and crave junk on weekends). I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to take the product as recommended. I take one first thing in the morning at about 7:30 AM, another one at 11:30 AM, and then my last one at 4:30 PM. I do take this product along with Green Coffee Bean Extract. I take the Coffee Bean Extract two times a day. One at 7:30 AM, and the other at 11:30 AM. It is recommended that you take the tablet 30 minutes before a meal. I place all my pills in a small container in the morning to ensure I have what I need for the day. I try to remain consistent with the time I take the tablets.- What results have you noticed from taking it so far?Honestly, I really do feel like this stuff works. Trust me, I'm not one of those people who feels after 2 pounds that I've found the miracle remedy for weight loss. But I've tried many products in the past and nothing seemed to work thus far.
