Really helping my scar tissue to disappear!

Never heard of these before, never knew the relief I would get from using them. You barely have to apply pressure & they are easy to hold with the hole it has within the design of the implement. I purchased two of them & use them simultaneously. I feel like a new person. Place them in te fridge for coolness & voila! All my knots & tension are released, it’s even better when they are used on you by someone who wants to help release those aches & tension.

The shape & weight of this tool is perfect for nearly every body part! We have bought 3 for our clinic & I have one at home (best price I’ve seen - cheaper one I found was a knockoff)

Very good product! The weight and texture of the material is very nice. I love the shape of it. It is very easy to use all over your body. It is also a good size. The only downside is the inside handle is a bit sharp.

I have been using this tool for a short time to relieve a triggered finger and triggered thumb. Even after the first use, I had a slight increase in range of motion and a moderate reduction in pain. Tool has excellent weight, is comfortable to use, is affordable and works. So happy I found this!

hard to rate a chunk of metal. mine is bent for some reason, so that's weird, i know i didn't bend it. its 3/16" thick, polished, easy enough to hold, a bit slippery though. the edge is a bit sharp but usable as an edge. the chisel end is both soft and sharp depending on the direction you use it in. bevel down, its like a big hard thumb. you can glide it across the area without a digging in. the bevel side up is more like a chisel, where it can dig down to a certain spot. the sell this version as a grafton tool for like $400 and they use it to break up scar tissue. not sure if i would do that, but it works well enough.

Sometimes I get a tight neck from sitting at my desk too long or from sleeping. Using this gua sha tool on the sore areas for 5-10 minutes helps relieve pain, and the condition improves after a few days. It's smooth and sturdy, the edge about as sharp/dull as a spoon, and the hole in the middle helps with grip. Since it's at my desk, it's also useful for opening letters and Amazon packages!

Always good to have such an instrument to break up the fascia, and less expensive than Graston Instruments ❤️
