The plunger in this is to short for the camp chef oven, so you have 2 options.make sure it is shoved all the way in when using, disassemble and remove the spring and plunger.There is an internal O ring to prevent leaks, works well off an external regulator, or RV low pressure connection.I put the male disconnect fitting (with the 6 flats) in a vice (on the flats), and unscrewed the small part (with 2 flats) inside the screw on part (largest diameter piece). There is thread sealant here, when disassembled the spring/ plunger/gasket pops out. discard* This is a safety device, to shut off gas flow if it is disconnected from the stove. If removed be safe, disconnect hose from adapter whenever not in use. Reassemble parts, tighten, install on stove and turn on gas. Smell for leaking fuel. This is a low pressure connection (0.5 psi) so the internal O ring works well to seal.

It fits my Coleman grill and allows me to connect to my RV propane system. The quick connect adapter feels high quality.

I have been looking for a way to connect my Coleman Road Trip grill to the low pressure propane quick connect on our motorhome. Plenty of searching and purchasing hoses and fittings that didn't work. My search is over.The Coleman Road Trip grill originally came with a fitting for the small propane bottles. I purchased a hose to connect a regular propane tank to it and that was pretty straightforward and worked. Our new motorhome has a quick disconnect line and I don't want to carry a full propane tank. The grill fitting has a regulator for connecting to high pressure source such as the propane bottles and tanks. The RV quick disconnect is low pressure and other hoses and fittings wouldn't work because the flow of propane was too low.This hose set included the fitting to screw directly to the grill without a regulator and the hose had the proper quick disconnect fittings on both ends. The additional shut off valve is a nice feature. The price is right and this worked perfectly.I am not aware of the differences of the Coleman Road Trip grills but this worked for mine.

I searched for weeks trying to find an adapter for my Camp Chef Versatop grill. I finally decided to give this one a try and it fit perfectly. It seems that the Coleman Road Trip and Camp Chef Versatop use the same manifold. This particular one will stick out the right side of your grill about 3".

This is exactly what I needed to connect the griddle that came with my Coleman Rubicon. The adapter was not needed, but the version that came with the adapter was less than just the hose.
