Pathetic service
Worst service from Amazon, only one side working enquired many times regarding service center contact details every time giving wrong information. Why you sell products without proper service it's pathetic and they are not even able to provide proper customer care or service centre details.

Replacement most satisfactory.
Finally the replacement headphones was far superior in the treble and bass range and sound seperation than its previous counterpart. Satisfied with the replacement. Thanks.

Very basic headphones
Sound quality is very average and not value for money, expected better sound from Behringer. A 500 rupees headphone would sound the same. Wearing comfort is very good and can wear for longer hours. Fully plastic, but seems durable.

No packing, box damaged
Product is good, value for money. But seller sent the product without even a box. The original box was completely damaged. Thank God the headphones work.
