Secondary school bag
#update # The strap of the bag broke within 3 days pf starting school - she wasn't carrying much in it either as obviously with the new restrictions the children take less in. So she was very disappointed however I have sewn it together but this means it now can't be adjusted # a couple of days later the other strap broke and i gain sewed this. However I ended up buying another bag as I just didn't think it was up to the task of carrying anything. Beautiful bad and the bag itself was ok. But no good with no straps lol ----- I recieved this product for my daughter going to secondary school. We haven't yet opened it as we're keeping it stored until nearer the time. But looks wise she is very happy with it and we liked the sound of the additional features.

Nice
It's a nice bag. However it's quite thin and underwhelming in general. I would have returned it but I had no time to get anything else.

He loves it
Cousin bought this as a birthday present for my nephew and he loves it. He loves space and he even has a matching airpod case. He's had loads of compliments about his backpack. It's just as described and of good quality. Highly recommend it.

Racksack that is useless
My 11yr old used it for secondary school for a week before the straps broke had to buy another else were was not impressed considering the price!

Great customer service, broken straps.
The straps broke within a week of starting school. However I contacted the seller who sent out a brand new one straight away. The quality of the straps clearly needs some improvement however the customer service level from the seller was excellent!

Weak buckles
Bought this for my son and after using it for a few weeks, the buckle broke. The stockist was kind enough to send another. We had a long period of not using a bag at all and then when my son went back to school, the same thing happened. Quality of the actual bag is great, but the plastic buckles are very weak. My son doesn't really carry much into school so it's not even like it's heavy.
