When I received my bag I was sure I ordered a leather bag my mistake. Being vegan, it is important to me not to buy any animal products. I emailed Chala to ask about it and they verified that the material is vegan. It's soft and looks like a real leather bag. The workmanship is top rate. No more vinyl bags for me.

This is the 4th Chala purse I have bought. The smallest one I use to walk my doggies. It holds a cell and some doggy bags pawfectly. The med size purses are great for running to the store or if you like to carry just a few things. This is the 3rd size up and so bitchen and cute ! The stitching is strong and the ourse will hold everything I need to hold. The strap is thick and adjustable. The front pocket/slot above the design goes all the way down the length of the purse, very deep so no worry of anything falling out. The cell phone pocket in the back is deep also. Poka dots inside is a Chala trademark. I am a purse girl (verses a shoe collector) and I love these purses. Great gifts with many choices on styles. Thank you so much . This Chala bag is adorable! I wanted a bag big enough for my wallet, keys, sunglasses and lip balm but small enough to grab it and go on the weekends whIle out with my Chihuahuas. This bag is perfect for that! Just the size I was looking for and it appears to be very well made. All the stitches are tight the inside looks sturdy. I love it!

I LOVE this bag. I use it as a crossbody and as a shoulder bag. It holds all my necessities because the bottom is quite roomy and the outside pockets hold my keys and glasses on one side, and my larger smartphone on the other. I'm in my late 70's and it's just young and fun too !

Holy cuteness Batman, I love this purse. It's a little bigger than I had imagined but it's not too heavy and it keeps it's shape very well. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and it's performed very well.It has a large main pocket that zips, and a smaller inner pocket that zips, as well as two pouched inside that fit a phone or chapstick. It has a front pocket where the heart decoration is, and though it doesn't close, it conseals things well, like a phone. The back pouch that rests against your body also does not zip, but I like this one for hand sanitizer especially. It helps keep germs outside my purse because I don't have to reach inside to get clean!The square rings holding the strap on are great for handing clips from, which is also great for sanitizer or kids toys!

Very well made, soft, affordable, and wears so well. Kept everything organized. I was looking for a bag that had outside pockets that I could keep my keys and cellphone handy without digging into the bottom of the bag to find them. This definitely suits the purpose. Had so many compliments. I would definitely buy another to add to my collection.

I love this adorable purse. Its unique, well crafted and it's vegan. Plus proceeds go to fund an animal shelter. What is there not to like. The item arrived quickly and was well wrapped. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
