Honestly I wasnt expecting much from this belt, but it's actually comfortable & supportive. At 6 months pregnant I didn't realise the amount of tension I held in my back while walking until this belt took the weight of my bump!A little print out of the instructions in the bag would be very helpful, and the fact that the same product in black more expensive for no apparent reason is a bit ridiculous. I had to deal with some sharp, plastic-like threads before my first proper wear after some irritation after trying it on, but now they're dealt with this belt has been great!I'd definitely recommend it if you're struggling with back pain, although so far it hasn't affected my hip pain at all.

I personally found this a waste of money, get some tubigrip from your midwife works better and is more comfy, this is so uncomfortable and sore on your back, it does lift your belly but is bulky under clothes and is similar to wearing a waist trainer due to the structure on the back.

I already have a very similar band but couldn't find it so bought this as back up. Exactly as you see in the picture. Well made, does the job. A bit smaller than expected. I got a medium, I'm a size 10 with a smaller bump at 23 weeks and it probably won't last me past 30 weeks, if I'm lucky.Luckily I've found my extra large one and I'll use that after that point.

I have suffered with pelvic girdle pain since week 16 of pregnancy but as the weeks got on the pain got gradually worse. I bought this on recommendation from my midwife and it has really helped

I brought this pregnancy support belt after being recommended by friends and family,It helps and supports your bump and back relieving some of the discomfort from your pregnancy its great but I give it two stars less as for some reason I find it makes my skin itchy as the fabric rubs against the skin and it's the rough bit as well other then that seems great would recommend.

Worked for pain relief but after only a few uses the fabric began to fray which led to being uncomfortable. If using whilst being on the go the belt slides up which results in more uncomfortable pressure on the bump.

A fantastic product, arrived the next day. Will take some getting used to but can already feel the support it is giving my 7month tummy, bought the largest size but perhaps needed one a bit bigger as I don't think il have much growing room.

Took 2 weeks to arrive.Is exactly as the picture.The quality of the materials are good. I got this in black color and arrived in white. I'm size 8-10 UK and I order this in medium and fit me perfect, but I'm 4 months. I think to fit you, all depends how much your baby grows. If you are a big person or no sure, get the bigger size and you can cut it and adjust it to your body.
