Makes you feel like a lot less of a pin cushion compared to 23 gauge Lancets. These work great and fairly economical.

Great product. Price is right. I ordered this item on July 17 and pay for Amazon Prime. It is July 20 but won't be delivered until July 29 - Aug. 4. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the order today (July 20).

It is a fine gauge thin needle that I don't feel when I have to stick myself to check my glucose diabetes level. I will buy these again. Drug stores sell thicker lancets and charge more for less of them

I have thin skin so have my lancer set at the lowest setting and still had sore fingers. Thais has a finer wire and that helps. It does sit looser in the lancer, but that has not been a problem. The wire bends easier, of course, so you have to be careful on disposal. I just put it in my sharps container.

Doesn't fit my Accu Chek device and the picture on the box doesn't match. Otherwise, if you have a device that fits these they are extra thin and would be great.Compared in the picture is a 30G and 32G.The white one is what I used before, it's 30g. These are definitely thinner.
