elegant, high quality
A minimalist, elegant backpack for urban travelers. The material is of high quality and the ergonomics is excellent. I wish it has an additional small pocket inside though.

Great little bag
Really well built, great padding in the straps. Sleek, and uses excellent materials. My only wish is that it had a bit more volume, but I think it would ruin the look. I can still get a change of clothes in it, so very satisfied.

Basic. Good quality.
Lower quality than the Victorinox Lexicon lineup but above average for the price.

Materiales ya envejecidos
No tiene la calidad característica de victorinox, la tela ya destenida como si le hibiera dado el sol

The colours are not the same as it shown on the website
The colour of the grip strap of the bag is green, but on the website it's red. Also the colours inside the bag are different

solid, light, streamlined--good for fast, short trips if not heavy-duty everyday action (for that I like more protection
I'd actually probably give this a 3.5 or maybe 3.75--it's solid but not great I'd sayPros:It's relatively light which is niceit's got a stylishly clean and spare lok to itthe fabric feels like it will be durable (though of course only time will tell--I'd update if necessary)The zippers are resistant to rain, a nice small touchthe rear zipper is lockable, another nice small touch in theory, though I"m not sure how effective it is (not that it won't lock, just that it seems much more likely someone will just grab the bag rather than stealthily try to unzip it and pull out my laptop--I'm certainly not going to leave the bag alone because it's "locked")It has a decent number of small compartments in the front big pocket--a sleeve, two medium sized rectangular storage slots, two pen slots, and one narrow one with some card slots in front of it.There are also two good size pockets in the front and two small ones on the sidesThe side zipper is nice in terms of accessEasily accommodates my 15-inch MacBook Pro but without it swimming around in itConsPersonally, I'd prefer a bit more padding. It's isn't terrible, but I feel comfortable with more protection, especially on the sidesNo water bottle/thermos container. It's personal preference obviously how much that matters, but it's a killer for me.the two front pockets are side access (one from the right, one from the left) which means you can't really see what's in there easilythe top handle is thinthe straps are padded and adjustable sufficiently, but again, as a matter of preference, I'd like a little more padding and the ability to adjust them shorter/tighter than I can get themThe backpack I currently have, which unfortunately seems to have had its name eroded away, is a beast. I've had it for well over a decade, and save for ducktaping one strap, it's held up incredibly. It's heavily padded, has more pockets, several of the pockets have internal zipper webbed compartments so as to contain items and also keep them visible, has a heavy duty top handle and thickly padded straps that adjust by pulling on them from the front. I can see what's in my pockets, and it holds a water bottle or thin thermos on one side. So that's my gauge on what a 5 would be. Which is why I'd put this more than one point below. There's no doubt my current bag is also noticeably heavier than this one, so what I've taken to doing is using this one for quick non-work jaunts where I don't need all my extras (adaptors for the various classroom tech I have to use, white board markers, etc) because this one is lighter and nicely streamlined, though if I'm at all worried the bag might get bounce around for some reason, I'd bring my regular one for the protection

Well-designed and compact given the quantity it holds
This is a good laptop backpack, but far from a perfect one for me. It is sleek-looking and well-made, but some features could have been better. My main complaint is that there is no open, readily accessible pocket for holding anything. If you want to carry a drink, it will need to be in a container not much larger than a 12-ounce soda can and it will need to be securely closed because it has to go inside a zippered pocket. One of the best things about the backpack is that my 15” MacBook Pro fits easily into the padded, rear, side-entry compartment. The 17.5” zipper makes it easy to get the laptop in and out without a struggle. The zipper is on the right side when the pack is on my back. The foam padding between my back and the laptop is about ½” thick and feels dense enough. The zipper is lockable, but would be so easy to defeat that I won’t bother getting a lock for it. I figure the only person it would slow down is me.The main compartment is separated from the laptop compartment by a padded panel, so that means the laptop has padding of about ½” on front, back, and bottom. This main area has plenty of room for books, tablets, a smartphone, pens, cards, and other items. There’s a key fob, but it’s the cheap kind I don’t care for. I use it, but at the price of this backpack, I think the key fob should have been of higher quality. It takes too long to get to my iPhone if I store it inside the main compartment, so I keep it in the left side zippered pocket, which is handier. There’s a screwdriver/bottle opener multitool on an elastic strap sewn into that pocket. I’m more likely to use it as a flat head screwdriver since I haven’t used a bottle opener in years. The side zippered pocket on the right side has a sewn-in storage slot and elastic pen loops, so it’s too small for my iPhone (which is an older 6 Plus). I carry cables and smaller items there. There are two vertical-zip front storage pockets. The one on the very front of the pack is fairly flat and good for small tablets, a wallet, or something similar. The other one has fairly generous dimensions that allow it to accommodate my lunch. I appreciate that it keeps my food items away from the books and cables that are in the other compartments and pockets. The shoulder straps are partly padded as is the bottom of the pack. The dimensions I get are a little different from those shown. I get 19” high, 12” wide, and 5” deep when empty.
