Had High Hopes
Read some positive reviews and decided to purchase this chair. I always assembly all chairs that I purchase, from the more expensive ones to some that do not cost that much. I have never had a difficult time assembling any chair, but I did with this one. From that point on, I just knew that I made a mistake by buying this chair. Every other chair that I have purchased has always been sturdy once I assembled it and most have lasted for a few years. This chair began to shift each time that I would sit in it and adjust my body by holding on to the armrests to settle back in the chair. The screws eventually started to loosen and the chair was not sturdy or that comfortable. A sturdy and comfortable chair is important to me. I am small and petite; therefore, this chair was not purchased for a heavyset person. The chair looks nice, but I do not recommend it.

It's alright
The padding is pretty firm and seems to have support for my back. My back does start to hurt though after sitting in it for a little while, but I don't know that that's the chairs fault to be honest. It overall seems sturdy and worth what I paid for it. Only had it a couple weeks or so now, but its been fine so far. I rate it 3 stars as I said my back hurts when I sit in it, my other chair I didn't have that problem. My point being, while it is partially probably me, the chair is at least partially to blame and Amazon marks 3 star as "It's Ok" which fits my feelings on this chair. Its not super great or reprehensibly bad. It's ok.Also, don't be afraid if you (like me) don't see the screws in the box. They may have screwed them into the chair for safe keeping haha. I know this is actually fairly normal sometimes, but I didn't expect it and at first I thought the screws were missing- after a minute and regaining my intelligence I remembered that sometimes they screw them in for shipping just so they don't fall out of the box.Anyway, mainly feel compelled to review this because only one other person has. The chair is fine, not super excellent but it works for what it's meant to be which is being a chair.I agree with the other guy, too. The seat back is a tad short for a high back. That's just a nit pick though. =)Also the shipping was fine and quick. I got it in only a couple days and in good shape. Nothing missing. All around I am ok with this purchase.

What a warehouse deal!!!
I bought this chair as an amazon warehouse deal. It was definitely worth more than I paid for it. Assembly wasn’t hard if you’re good at putting things together. Pictures on the directions were confusing to my hubby who isn’t all that great when it comes to assembling anything! Luckily there are only a couple of steps. This chair is comfy to everyone in my household from my 5 year old to my over 6 foot hubby. We’re all glad o found this deal

Difficult to put together
Putting it together is a bit tricky. It was supposed to arrive on the 20th, but was delayed till the 23rd - and I tried to cancel it, but there was no option to do so.

Worst Amazon Purchase Ever
Hardware that hold the seat and back on the chair is appallingly bad. Beyond belief really. None of the holes line up, and of the 16 screws I had to screw in (I purchased two chairs) 9 of the interior threaded sockets were damaged and would not take the screw. Sending them back wasn't an option for me due to time constraints (or believe me, I would have), so I ended up having to drill new holes, tap them, and purchased different screws all together. All in all, think of these as more of a chair kit and less of a chair. Be prepared to buy half of the materials yourself, and you might want to set aside 2 hours or so to assemble one (this includes drive to to your local hardware store, of course). It takes a lot to get me to gripe.......but these are complete, total junk. The cushions are fine--the rest belongs in a landfill. Lesson learned. Never buying anything like this from Amazon again.

another had a seam that looked like it had never been sewn together
Out of 5 chairs, 2 were damaged. One had a cap missing off the end, another had a seam that looked like it had never been sewn together. Chairs are sturdy, but not that comfortable. Update: My other 3 chairs arrived separately (purchased a total of 8). One had damaged to the armrest, the other two were also missing caps. This brings the total to 5 chairs damage/missing parts out of 8. Bad experience

Reasonably Solid – vinyl chair
The chair is very comfortable which is why I gave it a 4. I've had it for about three months, and it definitely seems that it will be durable. My only complaint on this chair is that I searched the Internet literally for a few hours trying to find an affordable leather chair ( true letter not leather like, or leatheret, or bonded etc.). This one claims to be more like a true leather, but it clearly is not. The vinyl (let's be honest) on the seating seems to be fairly durable, But the material on the padded arms is not as substantive, and seems more likely candidate for getting damaged. I paid a bit more for this Boss chair mostly because the brand seemed to convey on its website of authentic leather however that is truly not the case.Torn on whether to rate a three or four.

Unsatisfied with this product
This product was not at all what they advertised. The screws continue to pop out and the chair is not adjustable. One of the wheels does not fit and continues to pop out. I have had the same computer chair for over 8 years and it is in better condition then this product. The return policy they sent is iffy almost like they know the product is poor quality. The company contacted me about returning the item and sent a shipping label from UPS. However, it requires me to take the chair to the nearest UPS. I paid for shipping so that UPS would deliver it to my home. The shipping label sent to me requires that I pay extra for UPS to pick the item up. I believe this company should pay for UPS to come to my home and pick this item up. As a disabled person it is impossible for me to take this heavy item to UPS.
