I was first introduced to this after a medical problem, and I have been using it on and off for 30+ years.Not as a food replacement, this is not what it's for.But to help when I go off eating, it also helps to get your appetite back.If you have a food problem you should see a doctor

A much needed boost for poor diets or bad appetites
I think it's fair to say that complan is a life saver for some. I haven't been well recently and this delicious stuff has reversed some serious weight loss.I make it using half water and half whole milk. Comes out something like semi skimmed. As for the flavour, i prefer this very subtle taste to the flavoured ones.If you're feeling fatigued or are concerned about your calorie intake, or feel your nutrition could do with a boost, this is for you
