This was easy to assemble. It appeared to have smaller tanks. This was a plus. It’s easy to fill/ drain. It’s not bulky at all. Very streamlined. It’s cleans wonderfully. Does deep cleaning. Just take my time and let it do it’s magic. Totally worth the small expense!Sadly I had just purchased another from a reputable manufacturer. It was larger and I assumed better. Wrong. It left my extremely floor wet. It was still dirty. No suction. Waste of money. I was very disappointed. I hate it with a passion. Used only three times in the last 8 months. As a result my carpet is filthy.This new one works wonders and help my house smell better. Did I mention I have 2 hairy miniature schnauzers??My only wish is to have a automatic retractable cord. I love the one on my vacuum cleaner. Absolute plus.

Like this carpet cleaner. Compact and lightweight. So easy and simple to use. I have two good dogs, but sometimes there are accidents and this machine does an excellent job of cleaning the carpet or rugs. Good product.

Light weight. Does a great job cleaning up pet accidents and the pet shampoo really gets even old fecal stains out. It is what is says it is. Great price!

I finally got around to trying this out. It cleaned the BR carpet well -- I would say as effectively as the machines for rent at Home Depot.The quick start instructions were really helpful and I liked the accessories that came with it -- the tool to clean the rotating brush and a plastic mat for neat and clean storage.The clean and dirty water canisters are small as others mentioned, so you will be emptying and refilling them multiple times if you have a large area or need a deep clean. This doesn't really bother me given the price point (the machine is very inexpensive).The only reason I bumped it down one star is reassembling the plastic parts after cleaning the machine was very cumbersome and not intuitive at all. I had to toy with the machine for several minutes to get the pieces to stay in place again. Perhaps the quick start instructions could include a part about disassembly and reassembly.

Got this to clean a 10 year old carpet that had been vacuumed weekly but not otherwise cleaned. It was simple to assemble the machine and to mix the solution for the tank. I knew from reviews that I’d need to move the machine slowly over the carpet to be most effective. This was fine for doing one room. It worked great, dirty water was collected and it’s easy to drain the dirty water tank. Carpet was visibly cleaner and solution, while scented, was not too strong and gone completely after about 48 hours.

I normally don't get excited about household products like this, but Hoover has a 5 star keeper with this one!Addendum: I have been very pleased with it's ability to clean up "mistakes" by my dog, both front and back types. After removing any large surface matter (more is better), this carpet cleaner does a terrific job getting up residual matter in the pile and removing stains. I have a medium blue carpet with medium pile. Again, I am very impressed with this carpet cleaner's abilities!

Love this machine! It's lightweight, very very easy to clean and does a great job. The cleaner solution is also a great product, light on the scent , not overpowering .

I’ve got an elderly cat and a 11 month old son. This has come in handy quite a few times already. Works perfectly and easy to use. Well worth the money
