Finally the perfect nasal stent for me. I have vault collapse and have struggled for years to breathe freely. I've tried more expensive soft versions with marginal success and even the silly "magnetic" ones but this.... this is how I'll breathe from now on.. Price is right, there's a good number of them in the package and I'm thrilled.

I’ve purchased these in the past, and am still seeing a benefit in how well I sleep at night. These hold the nasal passages open, are comfortable and I’m able to breathe at night with my mouth closed ( no dry mouth or snoring) It’s not practical to wear them if you have a cold, or some other issue where you need to blow your nose, but if you have a deviated septum or one side side of your nose is perpetually not allowing air in, these are great They’re made of a nearly clear plastic and can be worn during the day, too. I’ve worn them in public and at work, and really, unless someone is concentrating on your face, they’re not noticeable These aren’t meant to be worn 24/7 and should be cleaned after use. I use warm soapy water

My 3rd set. Why because they work. My wife, hate to say has a snoring problem. She tried the nose strips for a long time, all they do is cause your muscles to force the nose outwards making the nose seem wider, then the glue starts to irritate the skin, neither very desirable. The Nose Vent Sinus Relief Dilator inserted cause the muscles to contract and get accustom to the position. The loud 💤 snoring sounds disappear, better sleep nights for both of us waking up rested. Took her about a week to get acclimated to them. After about 6 months there a plenty of nights she doesn't have to wear them. Why 3 sets? She has used them for 3 years, some of them she has given away for friends/ family to try and sometimes she wakes up and they are just gone 🤷‍♂️ like magically disappeared. Wash them after every use and soak in Peroxide. They come in 4 sizes and two styles - Try the Sample kit they offer to find what works best for you. My only complaint is I wish these were made 48 years ago or that we would have found them sooner than 3 years ago. This is a product I highly recommend, well made, comfortable, works as claimed and well priced.

Instead of buying a set of different sized dilators like I did in the past, I now know what size I needed and ordered the medium ones from this page. Unfortunately, soft silicone medium dilators aren't available, and I didn't know these would be hard. Incredibly painful! I wear the dilators because I have a deviated septum, which makes breathing difficult when sleeping on my right side, and the dilators center the septum to allow me to breathe. These hard silicone dilators are really painful on my septum. I can't return these now, but I have to look for some soft ones in this size. UPDATE: Some years later the soft ones became available from the same seller, but they are NOT soft. They are "softer" than the hard ones, but still harder than the actual soft silicone cone vents I had in the past (of which I have one left). These "softer" ones are still hard, still painful, still cause bleeding. Reducing my prior 2 star review to 1 star because this is an ineffective and defective product, not as advertised. I am still looking for soft cone vents.

I've used nose vents for years and they keep my deviated septum open so I don't have sinus trouble. I have to tape these to my nose because they fall out. They're comfortable and easy to clean soaking in rubbing alchohol. but I have had trouble getting the correct size. The last batch was too long and wide. This batchis too small to do any good.

Too hard, where's your soft ones? I couldn't find thos an these have sharp edges

I bought the plastic and the silicone dilators. The plastic one is a hard material but works for me. The silicone one is soft, and slightly harder to insert in the nose because it folds, but works for me as well... so no complaints.

I bought the medium, after measuring, and they fit perfectly. At first, they would fall out or most likely I removed them in my sleep. After I got used to them, they make it through the night. They help to a degree keeping nasal passages moist, so you can breathe through them at night. Sometimes, they didn't work great, but that was because of my nasal situation. Definitely would buy them again!

my partner snores through her nose... using these does stop the actual snooring element. buy it also creats a vortex in both nostrils which sounds like everytime a breath is taken its her last... I think she enjoys having such a clear nose lol but still noisey breathing slightly better than actually proper snoring.

Pas confortable

Goed materiaal en vorm, ik heb ervaring met een iets grotere uitvoering. Die was niet beschikbaar, deze is maar een fractie kleiner (midium) en maakt hierdoor ademen hoorbaar. Dat is niet prettig.

Très bien répond parfaitement à mes attentes.
