Always use Asian parts.
This was for a 87' Toyota 4wd Truck. The slave cylinder went out in a very bad way. Had to drive it home without using the clutch pedal. We went to our local auto parts store, they had no listing for the high quality"Aisin" brand. Out of desperation we bought their poorly made Chinese parts. After inspecting the parts, I quickly realized they were complete trash. So I had a look around, and found out that Amazon sells the OEM parts. Two quick days later they arrived. To say I'm satisfied with the quality is an understatement. The moral of the story is do it right the first time, and not just quickly.

no instructions
It works, but it would have been nice to have installation instructions. I didn't realize that the nut which attaches the bracket to the rod had to be adjusted. There was no mention of this step in the random video I found on YouTube. Maybe I'm just dumb, but a little one-page instruction insert would have saved me from driving around thinking I hadn't bled the line properly, because it wouldn't shift right. Actually I described the problem to a lot of people and they were like "Yeah maybe you need to bleed it again". Then I described it to a mechanic and he said "Could be the rod length...". And I was like, oh, duh... I can adjust the length...
