Great product! Exactly what I was looking for. It has a soft comfortable texture, yet firm to hold in place for calls. The delivery was on time and quick.

Made my life so much easier…I think
Had to buy this so I would stop dropping the phone while having to answer dozens of phone calls every day. It’s tax season and my husband gets way too many calls. I inadvertently cut off too many people who desperately need appointments. It’s all good now. Hope the clients are happy.

Its good, but slips off my shoulder.
Its a good shoulder rest and the tape backing securely fastened it to the phone receiver, but the surface is smooth so it slips off my shoulder. I remember years ago the shoulder rests had grip, or were a little bit sticky so they didn't slip.

Exactly what I needed. Helps reduce neck pain from being on the phone at work and needing my hands to type. No problem installing and it sticks well.

The shoulder rest sit comfortably and if you have arthritis, minimalizes hand held usage. I liked that it adds a bit of weight to the handset. The handset itself is light-weight and tends to slips off if not placed correctly when you hang up the phone. The shoulder rest helps the handset sit more securely on the phone.
