Danger! Tiger Crossing #1 (The Fantastic Frame)
Product ID: 145160304
This thrilling chapter book series will immediately suck readers in with its combination of fast-paced adventure and full-color art! When ten-year-old Tiger Brooks and his family move into a new home, he sees some strange things at the house next door—like a talking pig in a top hat! When he and his neighbor, Luna Lopez, investigate, they discover a reclusive old woman and her magical golden frame, through which they can enter the world's greatest paintings. In this book, Tiger and Luna get pulled into the painting Surprised! or Tiger in a Tropical Storm by Henri Rousseau. But they must escape the jungle adventure before time runs out, otherwise they'll be trapped in the painting forever! Praise for Danger! Fun, action story for elementary school age.
I bought this for my 8 year old Grandson because he loves "chapter" books these days. He loved this first one is waiting for the next! There is enough action to keep he and his 5 year old sister intrigued and just scary enough to elicit the need to read ONE more chapter Grandma!! Looking forward to getting the next one in the series.

Good Book
I bought this to find a fun book for my first grade students who are reading above grade level. I really enjoyed the story and felt with guidance on some of the vocabulary, the story fits the bill. Most second graders and all third graders would enjoy this book. Nice illustration, well paced, interesting.
