Great instructions, great ideas. Nothing but praise for this well-crafted and well-honed manual! Wish I had known about it sooner. I showed it to two friends, they have already purchased their own copies. Experience and wisdom shared in a very understandable way. Love this guide.

Dear Christine and Jean,I have just recently received the Grok It Facilitator’s Manual, the Communication Fundamentals booklet, and set of GROK Cards.I particularly love the Communication Fundamentals. It is BRILLIANT!!!! It is clearly illustrated and set out,and so well done. It really supports my learning and understanding around Jackal and Giraffe thinking/speaking.I am not an NVC Facilitator although I have brought the manual. I see it as a fabulous resource for ideas, games,lesson plans, .... for me as a teacher. Again, I appreciate the thought and love that has been put into creating the manual -it is so comprehensive, clear and formatted in an easy user-friendly way.
